The tones produced by Gibson and Fender are both equally important in their contributions to guitar music. I wouldn't want either of them removed from the steep history of music that is behind each Instrument.
When crazy train started it was 0-2 for fender, and I was sure it was going to end up as 1-2, and the highway star happened, I would say this was a comprehensive victory for fender
i love the tone of gibson because its the classic warm rock sound but when we come to comfort fender becomes the star so i just say get them both if you can
I have a Gibson les Paul classic and a Charvel, I like them both for different reasons. The Gibson is nicer, hands-down, it feels more expensive, and I like the fullness much more. I like how beautiful it really can sound on the neck, and this is sustain and fullness once again is great. Sometimes I need to cut more through a mix, then I go with Charvel. I noticed that I can’t really even hear the Gibson super well sometimes because it just blends in more. But playing the Charvel by itself, doesn’t sound as good to me, almost like something is missing. They’re just different tools
My mind when I think of Gibson soloists: Jimmy Page, Slash, Angus Young, Joe Perry, BB King, Joe Bonamassa, Ace Frehley, Tony Iommi, David Gilmour (for Another Brick in the Wall (Part 2)), Peter Green, Paul Kossoff My mind when I think of Fender soloists: Jimi Hendrix, SRV, Jeff Beck, David Gilmour, Ritchie Blackmore, Bruce Springsteen (can do some really cool solos when he wants like Born to Run and the High Hopes version of Ghost of Tom Joad with Tom Morello. Some of the most melodic soloing I've ever heard from the Boss), Jimmy Page (on Led Zeppelin I and the solo to Stairway) All things aside, awesome video Danilo and Paul. A lot of great solos, I was surprised there was no Gilmour, Angus or SRV but still loved the variations
Grandissimo video, a molti sarà passato inosservato ma il cambiare la posizione della mano sinistra a seconda della chitarra è una cosa fantastica secondo me. Grande Danilone💪🏻💪🏻
That crazy train solo got me It was epic and perfectly on point (I'm still more of a fender squire and epiphone guy just think they are reasonable with money)
Ma è la cosa più bella che abbia visto oggi! Ho riso come i matti per le vostre reazioni. Avrei voluto che durasse 50 min. Fate una serie vi pregoo!!! Quando la prossima sfida??
I'm very sad this didn't end in the trade off solos at the end of Hotel California. 99% sure it was Don Felder's Double Neck Gibson vs. Joe Walsh's Strat. Great video though!
You know, I’ve never liked a relic guitar before, but the second camera shifted and showed it for the first time, my jaw literally dropped. I love it! What is it?
Some of the songs used modulation too like chorus. I hate playing Strat single coils personally because it takes a variety of fuzz or distortion pedals to get enough gain to play singing lead tones that my P90 can’t do with the volume knob.
My brain : Gibson vs Fender
My money : epiphone vs squier
lol me too :( hahaha
best comment!
But using a classic vibe
they all sound great tho!!
Credit ?? Haha
you should do a solo battle for different tunings
Dookie better take a good place here
That could work!🤔
standard vs eb
@@liamfreitas just any tuning would be great, motley crue solos r cool and they're in d

That and they each set a tonal benchmark that other instruments have followed.
That red relic Strat makes me hungry of Hendrix mannnnnnnnnnn

🤣
Probably over 100K on Ebay.

Fender custom shop series 60s -or 70s
@@narayanasupramati1394 it’s probably a custom shop early 60’s one because the big headstock started in late 65 early 66
It probably took parts from 17 other Strats to make it decent so yea
Omg. That strat sounds f##cking amazing.
Thanks brother
@@PaulAudiaChannel great sound and playing! Looks like all on the bridge pup? May I ask what strings and tuning you use? Thanks.

😂😂

U mean inter vs juve ;)
Love that tone on the blue on black solo one of my favorite solos of all time
Thank you 🤙
I was so surprised to see blue on black in this I never see it in videos like this, such a good song
I like the strat guys vibe
Thank you brother 🤙
The solution!!! A humbucker guitar with split coil, two worlds in one guitar 🤘🏼

Glad to see blue on black solo in this video. Grande Danilo!
Strat did all that on just the bridge pickup. Wow. Great player too. 🎸
I love gibson but..
There's so many legendary fender solo
I guess I need one of each. Love them both.
Excelente comparativo, amo os agudos da strato mas a Gibson tem um som muito encorpado 🤘🤘🤘
Tá cheio de brazuca
Tbm achei que era o único kkkkkk
Kickass list for both sides man! I’m gonna go fender myself!
Although crazy train is about to tip me over the edge...
Both guitars sounded classy and that proves that the tone is from the hands..
I am a tele and les Paul guy but that strat tone is a dream..
Strat all the way, especially this one sounds gorgeous
The playing here was FANTASTIC !!!
Summary: one Fender guitar is all you need 😂
I was wondering if I was the only one that noticed that! I love both Gibson and Fender, but will alway be a ‘strat’ guy!
Hell yeah, my first (and currently only) electric is a Squier HSS strat, and the sheer versatility of the design is why I got that over an Epiphone
BRUH!
Yup, and one Gibson guitar to accompanied it of course🤟🏼😉
Si es una tontería. Con una LesPaul bastaba

awesome video, thanks. I can't decide who wins. Music wins
And the great guitar solo is "Highway stars"😂😍😍
The track was layered.

I enjoy Tomo Fujita or Guthrie approach, "conversation" instead of "battle", but this will do alright for now. Nice vid.
Both are awesome, but the Fender was meant for blues-like solos sometimes. look at some early U2 for examples.
Nice video man! Sempre divertenti ahahahahahh
