Thanks for sharing your work, I would like to know that can we easily implement DoE incase of CFD analysis? you might know that CFD takes very lengthy iterations, and each iteration takes up 2-3 days, so if it performs calc for each design point (for 10 design points), imagine how the life would be , with 3 x10 =30 days simulation for one geometry. pls comment
Good afternoon, is it possible to estimate the heat flow (wm ^ -2) versus the time (s) entering the experimental temperatures in Celsis versus the time (inverse problem) using ANSYS and Direct Optimization? My 3D domain is a solid one.
I am Doing optimisation in CFD using CFX, The problem I am solving is a transient with total 200-time steps. The output is the force which I am calculating through CEL expression. This force is my output. My question is, in DOE for each design point which times steps output force it is taking?
Good video. I am currently completing my dissertation with regards to structural mass optimization. Could you possible reply with some advice on how to complete optimization for mass as opposed to thickness? (I am having trouble with looping the parameters back into the static structural analysis).
