Yeah, but Studio Series as a whole are making some characters smaller for the sake of scale within the line. If this toy was released in any other TF movie line, he's be an inch taller and still be shorter than the rest. Also $20.

Probably becuase Hasbro might do stop motion with the Charlie figure thats coming out and they might know people that do stop motion ME xd, like Huxley Berg studios and others will do the trailer in stop motion. So that’s why I think they made him small
It wasn't because of stop motions, it was just due to Studio Series trying to scale with each other by making Deluxe Ratchet normal deluxe size and Bumblebee smaller.
I'm not sure what head would fit without modification, but one of my favorite Bumblebee heads is from the War for Cybertron deluxe. It might be too big though.
