Coba install dulu wheel nya pakai pip install wheel

Saya udah tambahin path (C:\xampp\mysql\bin) di environment variables. Pas saya ketik mysql lewat cmd yang muncul:
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'Andro Arta'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
