Severn Floods Through Gloucestershire

Since nature provided us with rivers, they have flooded. The River Severn, being Britain’s longest river, is no exception. Some of the worst floods on record occurred during the 15th and 18th centuries. Nature also provided us with flood plains, so for goodness sake, leave them alone!

You got it dead right Chris. People stupidly building on flood plains. Of course its the ignorant and arrogant planners that allow this to happen. Theres none so deaf as those that don't want to hear.
