I have since done additional tests and discovered an additional problem but this time it's the R910. When I set the fail-safe to min-throttle and then proceed to do tests by shutting off the transmitter at random times, the results are that ~60% of the time the throttle will drop to 0. The rest of the time, the throttle will hold whatever it was at previously. Even worse, the AIL/ELE/RUD settings seem to ignore the failsafe settings. After using the same model.ini file and binding to an R615 receiver I confirmed that the R615 does not seem to exhibit this same behaviour. My conclusion is that both of my R910 receivers are not suitable for reliable fail-safe settings.

This is a bug with v3.2 firmware. Hopefully it will be resolved wit the next release.
