This song reminds me so much of my girl Arlene Espinosa whom I met and dated in 1970 when we were both sophomores at Bowie high school in El Paso. She was the most beautiful girl in the whole school. I walked about 5 miles just to see her. Didn't have a car, yet. It was a long and winding road to her home. I hope she's doing well. Love you ❤

When we were 15 her friends told me I was liked by her but thought they were joking. 38 years after we graduated together we met up after all those years of not seeing each other. That was 15 years ago.
