Bhai Jaspal Singh ji hails from Punjab from the lineage of the Zakhmi family. His style ( shailee ) of keertan is beautiful and rarely seen these days .
This bandish is in Raag Mishr Darbari./ Kirwani. The beautiful melodious Anand sahib at the end is in Raag Bhairavi

@@1966Manjit thank you so much. Very much appreciated. We actually had some recordings from this time in London which were misplaced in the 80s and have eagerly awaiting some recordings from this time very special indeed. Specifically looking for the Shabad esoh hira nirmal naam.
@@manindernijran8395 Oh I see.. I did confirm say I don't have that shabad.. The ones I have loaded so far are my best ones.. rest was OK...
