How are you supposed to make sure it is sealing properly if you have to use the strap? With traditional masks, when you try it without the strap, it'll stay on your face with a gentle inhalation. With a mask when you have attached the strap, it'll stay on anyway.
Are positive corrective lenses available? You mentioned that it was easy to put in negative or positive corrective lenses in this mask, but I have not seen any positive (reader) lenses available.
Hi Kai, unfortunately you're correct and it was a mistake. At the moment they only do negative lenses for the mask. That said it's still possible to get them made and fixed to the inside of the mask using the bespoke service: www.mikesdivestore.com/products/bespoke-prescription-lenses#foo&gid=1&pid=1 Or if it's just to see gauges these stick on lenses can be useful: www.mikesdivestore.com/products/2869-seedive-push-on-lenses#foo&gid=1&pid=
