So uhm, I'm not an "expert" on spiritual forces but, I've done lots of research of it, and I think I know... You've released a mare, these are women like ghost's that haunt dreams in one specific house, they live in the darkest and most unused place in the house, they haunt the one that's closest to their crib, they are dangerous because they do this: they first haunt your dreams, then they make you go crazy, often so crazy that you may suicide, they are only doing it to make the people in that specific house suffer, they will do it in the anger of revenge.... Stay safe....
And for those who wonder what would happen if the house where it lives gets destroyed, they will fade away, forever, and then they can rest in peace.....

This demon is a revenge / haunting sprit called “a vengeful sprit” would haunt anyone is releases its escape and I’m not rly an expert but I know lots of things about ghosts! ❤ so the ghost again, would be haunting someone for 4 - 6 year straight until it’s suffered or got karma but if some are the ghosts are soft they will haunt you for 2 - 3 years or 1 year straight. Also would stay somewhere half a day each, that’s all I know just stay safe! 🙏

my friend kept on having that same dream when her and her friend opened a door at her house like one kind of like yours at her old house, and she kept on seeing her shadow like an old lady's shadow the girl who kept on kidnapping her at the beach and lock her up in the closet or something like that and she started seeing shadows of her and her parents didn't believe her but soon even her parents saw the shadows and I think that's why they moved so everything that you're saying kind a like happened to my friend and I am not too much of an expert, but I know she is

As someone who has been into this stuff for years it looks like some sort of spirit of an old lady seeking for vengeance broke out and she clearly has a hate for humans if she’s haunting you so it may be a tragic backstory or trauma she had looking for revenge
Maybe she got kidnapped by an old lady at the beach and locked into that door behind the dresser so she puts the same thing but in her dreams
I'm not a expert nor do I have Instagram, but it MAYBE because the past house owner or owners kidnapped her and stabbed/poised the lady in the house when she was unconscious and brought her in the room before she is completely dead and trap her inside. Maybe her body was eaten by some bug or animal, but her spirit was inside. Then the house owner/owners moved out, but the spirit is still trapped in there, so the house owner/owners gave a letter to the your parents aka the new house owner saying that there is a spirit in that room and it's better to not be opened, but they forgot there was a spirit inside there. When you opened the door, the spirit thought that you killed her since she was kidnapped and couldn't see anything, so she decided to haunt you down. So, apparently, you might have released the spirit by accident.

I saw the other parts and my friend had that same exact dream when she opened like a small door in her room in her old house in Westbrook, and she saw shadows of the old lady, and her, and didn't believe her, but then eventually they started seeing shadows of her too, and I think that's why they moved, but I'm not completely sure

as an expert who always deals with spirits i have one anwser and that is the old lady has been kidnapped and locked inside that little room and her spirit was held inside but when they opened the door the spirit came out and wanted revenge like she was trying to take her away and at the end of the girl says that she felt like it was hard to breath and that means that the old lady wanted to take her life away and was haunting her

I’m not necessarily an expert on this thing but I might know something that can help, You might be able to get the spirit out unless it’s very powerful you can say “go away you are not welcome here” Ik it might sound too simple but you’ll never know until you try, it worked for my friends sister but you may have to get experts on it if it’s a stubborn mare, stay safe and don’t move into sketchy houses.

I personally do not know that much about ghosts, it depends on how old your houses if it’s over, it’s a 20 to 50 years and might be haunted if you might have released a demonic entity that take shape of an old woman now, and suggest moving out as fast as you can, and going to someone who works with that stuff, just in case the entity has attached to because that can happen
im pretty sure this happened: a woman probably died behind that door and when you opened it it was a old lady who died there so she probably got mad and haunted you so bad that she was torturing you in your sleep.

I don't have insta so I hope you see this but you most likely let out a sprit and from the sounds of it the old lady either had a kid and locked them up in the room until they died then when she died she was locked in the room (her sprit) and that's why she was trying to lock you up in your dream and to get a better understanding it's kinda like Rapunzel how she was locked up by her fake mother are she just kidnapped kids after a tragic accident that trapped her soul in the room

I believe that when you opened that door you let out an angry spirit that got locked in there and killed so, the spirit was angry and wanted revenge on who ever walked in there and it happened to be you so the old lady decided to haunt you.
I don't think that anyone was released. What probably happened was that it scared you and you couldn't stop thinking about the door because it scared you. Dreams are just the subconscious of your brain, so that's probably what those were from. Insomnia and night terrors usually come from stress, so the dreams would have really stressed you out and the silhouettes would have just been your eyes playing tricks on you.
Mmmmh never I have too many connections with ghosts I got multiple of my friends haunted but one of them did get me haunted too

A sane story like this happend to my dad. Except he was in this creepy hotel and when he woke up in the middle of the night he saw this woman standing in the corner of the room. He even got up and touched the girl and then it disappeared. Please tell me if anyone had any experience with this or knows someone that this has happend to them. This happend to me kinda because I woke up screaming and my dad brought me down stairs. And when I looked behind me a demon was there and it was smiling with sharp bloody teeth. And I’m not kidding.
