Wich version of the racquet would you recommend to a two-handed topspin baseline player who hits it quite solid and with variability on the backhand - the 100er or the 98er?
I am using this stick since a good 20 hours of tennis and agree with basically every part of the review. I feel same bit of lack of weight too. Just a tad when serving, a bit more on the backhand. While the forehand seems quite ok. Adding a leather grip is a good idea. Where you'd suggest adding a bit of lead tape? maybe 2-3 grams @ H12 to counter the additional weight of the leather grip?
Grisha , the Vcore 100 2023 is the one supposed to have better spin in yonex line. I got the impression, by watching your review on ezone 100 2022, that the ezone has better spin when compared to the vcore. Is my impression correct? If it is , what would cause that, in your oppinion?
I play with the vcore 100 but from 2021. I just feel the newer version is too easy to hit it out. I’m also in an eastern grip so the extra spin and control on the new version doesn’t affect my forehand as much as I would need to make the switch. Volleys are insane on both though!
i agree, the racquet probably needs a little weight added for an advanced player, but ive tried the stock on and it does feel like you cant miss the sweetspot
@@MrFunkyko Tour Bite soft 45 lbs. It's a weird combo where I'd like to have more feel at the same time that it is hurtin my arm... funny fact is that the pure aero dont hurt my arm whatsoever
@@danielm.m.7654 I had tour bite soft in a vcore 98 2023 and it made me sell the racket, I hated that string in it. Maybe something more like a hyper-g, lynx tour?
What I find funny though is that Yonex claims that the new VCORE line is the most spin of every yonex racket ever and already the 98 is already no spin in my opinion and your review grisha is already telling me that is not much better with the 100. I played reviewed the 95 - which oddly had more spin potential than the other two. But other than that sounds like a great frame :)
Thank you for this excellent review! I've just never been a fan of Yonex 😬 I have several different models and years, don't like the flat no flare butt cap and strange flex on every damn one of them! Haha 😅 I'm outraged!!!!!! 🙋♂️ Thanks! you're gold
totally agree...my BH was not good with this raquet. Espeically BH passing shorts and drives. Just aweful for flat backhands...hard to beat net rushers
sometimes i don't get what's the difference among rackets. Like, looking at specs, this vcore i basically the same to the babolat Pure aero, but in this video is said that this racket is good for flat hitters. I dont't get this.
Obviously Yonex did not go all the way to a crazy Spin machine and left some control features in the frame. Such as tight grommets or a little denser string pattern in the center. Also, the flex has come into the focus of the development, a flexy racquet might get more control while losing a tad of spin. I would prefer a balanced racquet anyway. So good job to Yonex.

Hoping to see Areg back once he realizes RUclips is more profitable than pro tennis 💔
+1 for this! GABA!

How compare Vcore 100, 2021 vs 2023 ?
And VcorePro100 vs Vcore100 ?
I agree 100%. I thought I'd prefer the 98 but the 100 is so plush I just crank up the tension with a full bed of poly and I'm loving it!
Totally!!

As Yonex fan it’s good to hear someone critical of the Vcore paint scheme. I doesn’t do much for me either

I have to try Lacoste tennis shoes, they look great.
hi grisha, how do you compare vcore 100 to ezone 100 in terms of stability, control, power and spin? really thinking to switch between them. thankyou

Wish to have a brand new racket 🙏😅
Now I don't know whether to buy the 98 or 100 model. In what aspects do you think the 98 leaves something to be desired?
Hello gladiators ! Are u planning on trying the radical mp auxetic? Thanks a lot and can’t wait for the next vid!!
Definitely!!
Will there be a review on new vcore95?! Your review on the 2021 model was wonderful
Grisha I have a question because in some reviews like this they use the luxilon adrenaline 1.30 rope?? saludos i love your videos
What's this like compared to pure drive
Question Grisha... I dont like its muted feeling (im an aero feeling fan...) Do u have string indications to get more feeling out of this vcore?
What string/tension are you using? These vcores are very soft and responsive, much more than the stiff aero lines. Guessing it’s the string setup

@@MrFunkykomost 2023 vcores besides the 95 are very muted. The string set up for this racquet is better of as a hybrid.

I thought of Head lynx tour too. Will try it
Do you feel there is enough control with this stick? Does it need tension like at 52 with poly for control.
What is with the launch angle on this racquet! I agree!! I try for not even that deep, and it flies long. What’s the deal?
I am playing with an ezone 98 and I absolutely love it, but it is a little too lacking on the spin. Would the vcore be a good switch?
EZone 98 is very spin friendly. Vcore 100 is very spin focused so you might like it if you’re going for MAX spin
@@Tennis214 thanks!

Hey Grisha can you do a review on the prince tour 98? Since it got the best score ever on TW so really wanna know your thoughts on this racket!

Hey G, do you like Ezone 100 better than this?
Stay well👍🏼
is this racket or ezone 100 more powerful does anyone know?
So why liking this Vcore version to a 9 when you liked the Vcore 2021 only to an 8?
