      @@lukehoman_ so you're comment made me have to do some serious research bc I am someone who needs to know the entire truth & will go down deep rabbit holes to uncover it. Mark Henry has never, not once, tested positive for anything. I already knew he had a major hatred of PED users, and he even quit lifting professionally until the sport gets cleaned up. I look at people who use 💉 or tren/ dbol as I would a tweaker/ junkie. There is no difference. A hard drug is a hard drug (i dont count weed, caffiene, creatine, ect). Mark Henry shares my hatred for unnatural people as well. And doesnt want to compete against a science experiment. But if you have some proof he is a doper, please link it. Id be interested to see it.

      Face to face these guys are insane.. I've trained with some and Im not a smal guy but they gave me the feelin as if I where a Dwarf😅😂

      Big Z is the best ,an the strongest EVER .....Man never used momentum to drive weight especially in stagnate presse movements ....He literally straight pressed the weight above his head wether log,axle,viking presses ECT ECT all dead stop presses when every other contender needing to drive with legs ,hips an momentum to get the weight locked out .....
      but ....Caz was banned from strongman for being ......TOO STRONG....Who knows what that man couldve accomplished an records he couldve set an broke ...His only competition was himself ...

      Best part about it is that he wouldn’t need to spend a huge amount of time with cable pulls and wrist curls on the table. He could literally just incorporate it into his regular routine workouts. After a couple of years he’ll be a force of freakish nature in arm wrestling

    Something that flies under the radar is the core strength Brian has to sit back while keeping 400 pounds balanced perfectly as not to dump the weights on him or him on the floor.

I'm not disparaging either man as I'm a fan of both. WSM competitors work more on over-pressing strength than bench-pressing power
