This extension has just dissapeared from my chrome extensions and when i click on the link now, i get a 404 error and it looks like it's gone!! Help Ali!!!

@@AliMirza Ali thank you for getting back to me. I have a question! The audio file is mp4 recorded. In quicktime it runs smoothly when I play it. But in Adobe it gets the slow-mo. I cannot seem to convert it into an mp3 file so I can properly mix them together. Both premiere & Audition not reading them. Any idea? Would be legendary to hear from you!

This is great! Can you show us how to actually download the Chrome extension?
just go to chrome store or search in google for the link to download
So you mentioned that on the download, the execution may be a 2 part - video & audio. I was able to download video with audio in 1 execution.
Thanks so much for this video. The download button isn't coming up for me, but more than likely IG got super secure with their API. Looks like I'm back to screen-recording, which is a real pain in the butt. If you find another alternative, we look forward to it.

Hi, It doesn´t work. How can I do it to recover. I was doing a live and when I finish it my phone fell. When I picked it up the instagram was on the main page and the video was gone :( I installed the extension, but it doesnt work

Is there no hope if you forgot to save it? I did a live session, realized the thumbnail I wanted wasn't on my phone so I went onto my editing app whilst my IG tab was on the saving option but when I went back, the page refreshed and my live wasn't saved

This is great! Can you help me --my instagram lives won't save to my story. Instead it gives me the option to just download and replay the live, without viewers and comments, to IGTV. I tried to reinstall the app but that didn't help. Any other suggestions?

After I ended my IG live, I was given the option to post ig TV or delete.( I didn't see an option to share to story) . When I chose to post on IG TV, it went into an error and then I lost the video! Are we not able to share to story like before anymore? Is this an updated version? 😭

connect your iPhone to your Mac. open QuickTime and choose new screen recording. choose your phone screen and (phone's) microphone.

I was live on Instagram and then I saved the vdo to IGTV and then deleted the igtv vdo after downloading it, but unfortunately it did not save... So is there any way to get that live video back? Please help... Its not in the cache even...

Hi in my pc there was not the option to download the audio and video, but only download the live. Now we don´t have the audio just the video. after it disappeared there is no way we can retrieve the audio, correct?

We do long form interviews on our Instagram page. When the live ends it doesn't even give me the option in the top right of the screen to save? Why is this can you help because we are losing some AMAZING content?

btw you can share the video to your story and then download with this tool that I have in the video. That can help.
It happened to me too. I found that the save button only appears when your IG live is only your account as participant. If you go live with another person/account (let's say, you and an interviewee), then the save button is not available.

@@ThePackTheater the tool shown in this video is free. screenflow is another tool I personally use but you don't have to use that... There are FREE video editors also >> iMovie, Da Vinci soo many...

@@AliMirza yeah no - i totally get it - i tried using iMovie - and only half the audio clip imports - not the whole thing. then i tried adobe premiere - and it alters the speed of the audio clip -- so i'm sort of at a loss. i sadly literally spent all day trying to get the audio and video together but i can't anymore! but thank you so so much for giving me tools to download off of IG! I'm so bummed I wasn't able to put the rest together!
