yes i am aware you can see my model number in the first clip even though i covered it for the second clip Игры
I just got this error code today, even though it happened out of nowhere. This literally scared me after having the switch for years.
Same. It happened to me today so I found this video to see if I should do anything.
How's is your switch now after 2 months of posting this comment?
Thanks!
It happened to me right after I bought it
This happened to me on my May 2017 (Wow 5 years already) Model. I got it turned back on, but the MicroSD slot didn't work, and my joycons wouldn't connect even when attached. I made sure to back up all my data and buy a Switch Lite (August 2022 Model). I was able to transfer my Animal Crossing Save and Splatoon 2 save, but my Switch crashed and bricked after that. Devices can be pretty weird sometimes.
My switch is bricked again and this is no longer working for me, I hope this helps someone back up their games with no cloud backup
My day 1 switch has just gone no saves backed or nothing
MY SWITCH IS LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!
Would my switch be working again if I fixed this error using a new MicroSD Card?
my switch crashed by literally just trying to pair a bluetooth headphone while splatoon 3 was on the background.
its not a brick since i rebooted and it worked just fine so... no issues here
Same with me.. Just trying to pair a Bluetooth Headphone while playing xenoblade 3
This error code means that there is a error with the i2c bus
My dock started blinking and then my switch got the message nothing is working ☹️
That is quite unfortunate, sorry to hear that 😔
Welp hope you can solder because as explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well.
I’ve only over seen this TYPE of error (not this exact one) once, about a few days after getting my switch. Never gotten it bricked besides the time I dropped it and it started doing an ungodly amount of game card errors.
And it happened when I was closing Smash. I think it had something to do with a game card error, because a while later I started getting 2002 series ones.
They are also “the software was closed because of an error” messages but they have the code above the message itself. I got three of these, and two were 2002-2552 and the other I can’t remember
@@Expt629yeah I keep getting the 2110-0001 which is the "unable to connect to internet" error code, but its doing it when I'm either playing a game that doesn't even have online in the first place or when I'm playing offline. I never play online and for some reason my switch keeps doing that and I don't know what to do. What's the point in making an offline game for the switch if it's just gonna keep giving me error codes for not being connected? And honestly it seems like these error codes are on a timer, cause they happen about the same time every time. Its like every 2 days and always happens when I haven't saved my game in like 2 hours. Honestly part of me thinks Nintendo did this purposely. I miss the old days of gaming where the only time your game froze was because there were scratches on the disc or if your system was over heating which wouldn't happen that much for me cause I took care of my shit, but now you get error codes all the time for bullshit reasons. Hell I can't even get into playing games anymore cause my brains like "it's gonna have an error code and you're gonna have to do all this bullshit again" doesn't matter what you do or how pristine you keep your systems now a days, they'll always have error codes out of nowhere for bullshit reason. Like why is my switch getting error codes about being connected to wifi when I'm playing an offline game?
This happens to me yesterday aswell I was charging it and it appeared
Well I guess mine was just outdated because I got the code in the morning and restarted it and updated it and now it seems to be good, would the error occur frequently?
After I posted this video my switch only turned on a handful of times through this method before it stopped working..I'd use it to transfer any data from games (such as Pokemon) that do not save to the cloud
Welp hope you can solder because as explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well.@@Zaniacg
Okay so I had an sd card and a game in (Mario kart) and this has been happening for like three months and I finally gave up trying to fix it I was about to pay 100$ for nintendo to fix it. Got a switch lite for Christmas wanted to play Mario kart with my friends so I put the switch to charge and took the game out and the ss card was still in I charged the switch so I could charge the joy cons to use it on my switch lite. And magically it turned on I was so happy. And than. It started happening again 😭😭😭 I was like why tf and than I saw this video and took the game card out again (which again was Mario kart) and IT TURNED ON I’m so happy ty 🥺🥺
Exactly why I made this video, it seems like there was nothing on the entire Internet talking about this issue
@@Zaniacg literally nothing on the internet all the videos were so ass and than I found this one
Mine just did this today. Its an XAW400, and it won't turn back on. I noticed the screen on while it was in the dock, and after pulling it out it had this message. I've plugged it into another nintendo power adapter hoping the batter was just drained, or there was an issue with the original adapter, but as of 30 minutes later it still hasn't turned back on. So I just lost all my pokemon game data, which is filled with stuff I can't get again, so thats cool.........
Well thats cuz your battery cant charge: Welp hope you can solder because as explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well.
this happended to me but my switch doesn't have a micro sd card, is there any way I can fix it
Welp hope you can solder because as explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well.
i just happen this 4 month ago...nothing i can do...go to service shop also cannot repair
Well my power button doesn't work
Quite unfortunate
@@Zaniacg What should I do since my switch power button doesn't work
ameigzing!
Just happened to me today for the first time in four years. Tried this didn't work, I might be doing something wrong though. I'm going to take it to get repaired tomorrow
I wish you luck with getting yours fixed. I'm sorry this didn't work for you because I know how frustrating it can be. When mine first started doing this I decided to take mine to get fixed and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it and I should just send it to Nintendo or to buy a new one
Mine just happened now 2023 I did turn off power button for 12 seconds still giving me same thing…smh you think let it died out battery
Welp hope you can solder because as explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well.
This did not work i have the XJE70014505921 modal
Welp hope you can solder because as explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well.
I just got this message on my switch lite 10 minutes ago out of nowhere 🤣
Trying this now for my sons switch.. he has a lite. When I researched it google said it might be because of the charging cable ? Can that happen ? I hope this works.. you have videos on tips to update your switch ? I’m so new to this lol
I'm pretty sure it's an issue with a chip on the motherboard that controls charging currents and stuff. If you're within the 1 year warranty I'd recommend sending it in for a warranty claim. This was a temporary fix( at least for me) that allowed me to back up data and stuff. My switch is currently a $300 paperweight at the moment. I hope you are able to get your problems with the switch solved
@@Zaniacg thank you ! Yes thank goodness for warranties 😅 he’s had it since September.. he’s now having to use his old switch because this one won’t even charge now 😩😩
@@Zaniacg Hey, my switch is about 3-4 years old (and has XAW on the bottom) so i dont have warranty but what happened is i put my switch onto the dock, i noticed it wasnt working so i just held down the power button (While it was in the dock and wasnt connecting to the tv) to reset it like i do if it wont charge. This popped up, do you know what i should do? I have seen people say to try maintenence mode but i want to keep my data.
@@Zaniacgthat’s very sad… hope you can get it fixed. Mine has only ever done that type of code (not the exact code I don’t think) once and a restart helped. I think it might’ve been caused by my Smash game card. Thank god I moved it to a digital version. And I was able to keep all of my saved and DLC. It has only done regular software closed because of errors messages since (and it’s quite uncommon for that to happen)
Also I had an issue with Asphalt 9 freezing the console when waking from sleep. TWICE! I think that’s more or less the games fault but then again that happened a while ago and I have been playing it a lot more on my iPad.
My switch is about 2 years old
Not because of the cable but: Welp hope you can solder because as explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well.
This didn't work at all mine keeps going to the same thing every time I try to restart it. I have the XJW10040519158 version.
I'm sorry to hear that
Welp hope you can solder because as explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well.
i trying but is not working
i got 2 switch lites that i literately cant get out of this error state. ideas anyone?
Welp hope you can solder because as explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well.
It's a chip issue that's gone bad guys
Tysm
So what was the fix ? PMSL
I dunno but another fix is this one: As explained in ruclips.net/video/vsj8O_GLLGo/видео.html , your switch's power circuit died. Happened on mine just now as well. You have to solder some things for it to work again.
wowoww
Hi guys, my switch popped up the error 2002-2629, i really dont know what to do, it doesn't read any game cards, and im really desperate since its not mine, its my boyfriends
I think that’s what mine did the second time I got a 2002 series one (the other two were both 2002-2552 ones)
Only happens with my Smash game card (no others)
Moving to a digital version of Smash fixed the problem
Never seen this error since (but I have seen non-code versions of that) (generic crash)
Try checking your game cards on other switches.
Not a fix. It’s an IC fault
It is but it worked well enough to be a temporary fix to back up some games and such
Still didn’t work 😢
when i try to restart its just take me to the battery screen
Same but for me it doesn’t charge I hope I can get this fixed cuz I’m scared
i have my sisters nintendo lite idk how
THANK YOU I ALMOST LOST OVER 9000 DOLLARS THANK YOU
WHAT?!!!!!! There is no way you spent that much on it!!
@@Expt629 I had it since release
I better do that soon
My cant work
Unfortunate, mine no longer works either
It didn't work 😶

That's why possible is in the title
Not exactly.
I found a much easier way buy another brand new switch lol
This is for the 49% of Americans who can't afford a surprise $400 expense right away. My hope is that while they save the money required to get it fixed or replaced.
