Thanks. That was a great video. I just have an issue. the other plugs/switches that are sharing the same fuse stopped working since I install the new light switch. Any suggestions? I tried 2 different locations and have the same exact issue.
Great video!...I have a 3 gang light switch but only need one of them to be a smart switch so I can control the porch light. If I swap only 1 switch, will the existing trim cover plate work for the Leviton as well as the other 2?
Well I had no issues setting up my smart switches like you did. The problem is I have a two way switch in a hallway and in another hallway I have a "Four way!" switch. i cannot figure this out
@OneHourSmartHome - Is there a similar way to install standard smart three-way switches in a box where the electrician used the neutral from the breaker box as a traveler? I have a three-way switch with the Neutrals in the box, but this is the load switch (shorts the circuit, when I connect the Neutral wire to the switch), and the line switch uses the Neutral wire as one of the Travelers! The line switch is configured in a two-gang box with another three-way switch (I would like to replace that one, too). Can I pig-tail the Line (or Neutral) wire from the adjacent switch to the Neutral for the smart switch? Thanks.
Hey thanks for this video, I am just installing Smart lighting in a 12 Metre bus. Should look really cool
Crazy that this doesn't have a comment, but awesome and simple video. Thanks :)
