- Cakies are amazing cakes sandwiched between two cookies and then covered in buttercream and sprinkles. What could be better than cakies? A GIANT CAKIE!
I started these with 7lbs of my Ultimate Chocolate Cake and TWO batches of my good friend Derek Friday's drool-worthy chocolate chip cookies. Then, I'm taking these sweet treats to a whole new level with the help of my yummy chocolate ganache, sweet Italian meringue buttercream, and FOUR kinds of sprinkles!

I think you should challenge yourself to cake a vegan cake, we all know you're amazing with normal cakes, I'd like to see you make something that would challenge you. I suggest a bowl of hummus with carrot and cucumber sticks. Just an idea.

I made cakies right after the video came out and OH MY GOODNESS they were delicious!!!! I used sprinkles and dark chocolate peppermint covered pretzels and it was fantastic. Cakie fan for life!
