So true. I was 14, had my first feelings of love with my classmate. My mom forced me to stop it, saying love is bad for me, it's not ethical and i should focus only on my studies. I got into depressions, then Thyroid disorder, Bipolar, and spent my life btw hospitals, therapists and healing centers. I had no power to say no, it was civil war and i couldn't run from home. It's a crime to tell people how they should feel. No one is in their place.
Yeah that kinda irked me too, where basically they are saying the same thing but in different vocabularies. Dismissing it showed, he has not fully even given an honest understanding to what Richards theories are and yet has the ego to dismiss it outright
