Please word your sentences more correctly or use tone indicators, otherwise it sounds pretty rude. And there's no specific reason I guess? That's just my headcanon for them. I mean, Six is a survivor person, so they see no point in being sweet and polite. If you want another reasoning, well, Six were literally sadistically breaking mannequin's fingers and killed a bully with their bare hands. They just view everyone as a potential danger, so again, they see no reason for being nice. This world is not nice to them, so why would they be nice to anyone?

Yes, there is indeed a reason. I mean, he did spent quite a lot of time sitting in silence doing nothing. So he didn't "properly talk" for a long time, which caused him to stutter then he tries to speak. It will go away with time. (I hope that makes sense)
