Night study will however fuck up your mental well being ,thats not an opinion thats a fact you can search about it or try yourself .Night study should be done when its very very necessary or clearing some backlog not everyday

You don't have to study like 15 to 16 hours unless you are trying to cover your whole syllabus in 3 to 4 months time .
Study everyday for like 8 to 10 hours and that's enough but you have to be really consistent and determined
And if your Aim is to clear NEET then don't do this kind of vlogs it's just going to consume more energy , you can continue this vlogging once you get into a good college.
And believe me sleep is really important you shouldn't compromise with your sleep schedule.

Hello there, my dear friend. I hope by the time you read this, you will have completed your NEET exam. Just a gentle reminder that studying for 19 hours every day, as you are, will simply strain your body. Don't do it. I understand that the NEET exam is important, but don't study for long periods of time. Take breaks whenever possible. Attempt to get up early in the morning ( 6:30 am or 7:00 am). You're basically waking up in the middle of the night, which is not a viable tactic. If this suits you, then good.

As a NEET aspirant, I will say, don't past your limits and don't even need to study 15 hours a day to get in AIIMS. Just study for 8 hours a day and all clear (for me) . If your target is AR1, then keep it up.

Hello everyone. I am doing PhD from abroad in genomics ( Europe; Czech republic; masaryk University). After finishing my PhD I am planning to start teaching for neet aspirants. But I think I need to know that there are abundant of resources now a days, so what should be a better way to start self coaching for neet. I need to know from you guys what should be the basic criteria to start a coaching. And one more thing, even after having abundance resources why many students are not able to crack neet exam. Because I want to work on those students mostly.
U can try in physics wallah ...if u r genuinely good at teaching and teaching matter more to u then money does ....and students who are not able to clear are the one who are wasting their time

My class 10 th routine... 💢 6:30 am wake up, 💢6:45 am to 8:15 am mng study., ready for school... 9am to 2:45 pm school, 3 pm to 5 pm rest, 5pm to 12 am study with 10 mints brakes between hrs... And I got 95.67%❤️
