- This SUBSCRIBER SUNDAY I show a couple options for keeping the ball low without a long iron in the bag. Hybrids have made longer shots easier but they are a little harder to keep low. I show a couple options that may work for you with practice. I hope you enjoy!

You made those punch shots look effortless.....
Thank you!
Thanks! Always grateful for your videos! I have been experimenting with a 5wood as well with these shots.
Thank you, Gale!
You make it look so easy. I am still working on the punch shot. Better but a long way from your level. Thanks. "Hit'em straight "
Thank you, Arnold!
Great options, thanks!
Thank you!
Great video, nice to see the progression in your game. Nailing that shot shaping.
Thank you for watching!
Good stuff. Thank you.
Thank you!
You're definetely better at this shot than I am. I either hit the tree, or completely top it 😂. Chipping back into the fairway is often best for me. I'll have to practice this shot when I have a chance.
You'll get it! If the lie is bad chip out.
beautiful little 7 punch draw, your shot shaping on demand is impressive, well done. Might be good to share the difference in lofts for each club for newbies to the game.
I'll always miss something
@@mistahshorthitter your good keep the videos coming.
I recently had about 125 yards and a shot that had to go under a tree about 25 yards ahead of me. I went with the HyWood. Got it to the fringe.
By the way, it helps if you tell yourself you're Arnie or Phil while you're doing the shot.😉
😆 🤣
another great tip. Thank you
Thank you!
It seems like you've tried to avoid "teaching" in your videos, I think these short little "tidbits" of "how I play it" are very helpful. As always..."our results may vary"....🙂
Thank you, Jeff! Yes, it's a challenge. I try to give the viewer what they want.
Great little quick tip. Are you a believer in closing the face a smidge on those little 5 iron runners
That's not a bad idea. My tendency is to turn them left so I have to be careful with that.
@mistahshorthitter
I'll close the face a little, then aim a little "righter". Works sometimes 😆
