We fired Taggart mid season 2019 for a 4-5 start. To quote Dave Coburn “a 4-5 team is not who we are at Florida State” I’m sure Mike Norvell has not forgotten how he came to be here.

They asked him to not do a lot and he was okay when a play was designed to go to one spot and one spot only. FSU is asking him to read defenses and make judgement calls with the RPO plays. There are only four institutions that have the resources now and they will be the only ones competing. This team is pathetic. I’ve never seen a team with the funding and resources that FSU has, get beat by teams who have maybe the half the resources and talent and it’s not even close. I’ve never seen a QB - so horrible, that they make Clint Tricket memories not so bad. If the university wants to continue to fund this program while it becomes the consummate laughing stock of college football, that’s fine, but FSU will not see a penny moving forward, from a massively declining fan base. This is absolutely the most embarrassing representation of the Seminoles I’ve ever seen in my 30 years watching / supporting this team and that’s saying something. DJ wasn't the problem yesterday. It seemed like on every drive, either he'd throw a perfect pass that would hit the receiver right in the hands and bounce off, or they'd take a dumb penalty that would kill the drive.

You would of thought with the victory over us back in the Cheez-it bowl, would have been a great momentum boaster going into the 2023 season, but with all this drama around the program and leaving the ACC and losing 63-3 to Georgia to 1-4 this season is one of the biggest meltdowns of a program I have seen since Miami in 2005 losing to LSU going into the 2006 season. Hats off to you FSU, I hope you bounce back.

Is it possible to have AI coaches as Bobby Bowden and Mickey Andrews? I'm sure there's enough film to load into it for AI to break down their coaching style, lol. It can't get any worse. Ohio State has a $20mill for players and $20 mill for coaches payroll. They have head coaches at every position. They come down and recruit the best players out of Florida, Georgia nd Texas. So many players opting out of the bowl was an alarm going off, that FSU fans tried to justify or ignore. Culture in that program is terrible right now. Most don't love the school or teammates. Just the paycheck. Happening elsewhere too, but they also hired a terrible QB that makes it more glaring.
This is what we all saw after the loss of their starting qb last season. ESPN, the ACC, and the fan base tried to prop them up, but we all saw there was no depth. “ We deserve a playoff for beating no one.” They even tried to convince us that Florida with a backup qb and a Louisville team that the ACC struggled to give wins to with bad calls, were quality wins. They are who we thought they were. A pathetic team of individuals who were blown out by 50 by Georgia. Congrats FSU fans you are TCU.

DJ wasn't the problem yesterday. It seemed like on every drive, either he'd throw a perfect pass that would hit the receiver right in the hands and bounce off, or they'd take a dumb penalty that would kill the drive.

OU fan here. You would of thought with the victory over us back in the Cheez-it bowl, would have been a great momentum boaster going into the 2023 season, but with all this drama around the program and leaving the ACC and losing 63-3 to Georgia to 1-4 this season is one of the biggest meltdowns of a program I have seen since Miami in 2005 losing to LSU going into the 2006 season.

Saying willie taggart is better than Mike Norvell is really splitting hairs. The program was still in shambles while he was coaching here. Remember Oregon was happy to get rid of him. Both coaches are not p5 level. We need someone who starts off recruiting and fills in a few transfers in between

I am a diehard FSU football fan for years, and I am not going to listen to all the junk against our team and our coaches from fans or any and I mean any of the social media and media providers.
Just how hard is all the dying you and your program are doing all the while not even being in October yet? Btw, you have, are, and, will continue to listen to all the common sense analysis and critiques of the Seminole program that you call "junk." It's fans weren't anywhere near aware y'all were walking the trail of tears last year. Then y'all decided to sue everyone they could all off season, just for y'all to witness a self inflicted 1870s-esque massacre that gets worse with each passing week. Whoever is left of y'all maybe have finally come to the realization your all in for an extended, extremely slow stay at y'all's reservation of awful football. Is it possible to have AI coaches as Bobby Bowden and Mickey Andrews? I'm sure there's enough film to load into it for AI to break down their coaching style, lol. It can't get any worse. I just knew Bobby was gonna teach his sons how to be great coaches, and they would carry on the Bowden legacy at FSU. I'm not sure you can teach his character, tho. Bobby was a great human with a huge heart. He had a special way of making u feel like the most important person in the room when he spoke to u. I met him 3 times, and he was just a genuinely nice man. I think that's why his players played so hard for him. You don't finish in the top 5, 14 straight years without the players buying in 100%. 14 straight bowl appearances without a loss. The good ole days
In all seriousness, DJU had less talent around him in Corvallis last year and he looked decent the entire year. The PAC 12 last year was really good, and DJ had some success

No one wants to coach at a school that is suing there own conference, suing there TV partner , a school that the SEC and BIG 10 doesn’t want. Might as well keep Norvell , gonna be hard to find anyone better.

Been a fan for 50 years. FSU is as bad as they were since before Bowden arrived. Back then FSU had a bumper sticker that said "beat anybody". If this keeps up, they will find a way to get rid of Norvell contract and all.

Ohio State has a $20mill for players and $20 mill for coaches payroll. They have head coaches at every position. They come down and recruit the best players out of Florida, Georgia nd Texas.

Been A FSU Football Fan since 1992. FSU had alot of GOOD GAMES With some loses & Huge losses....but yet instill I hold my ----------;;;;;;;-|>. I just don't like it that they are paying these players. I mean it's like they don't care cause they are getting paid. Plus....I would be a bit off the cloud too if we as a team are here trying to build something ( of wich both sides need to attack . Hit thier routes & catch the damn ball ). Here you have a QB that was given a Damn Good Amount of cash to play.......Then to carry the sawg cause of it & displays it on the Football Field,cause no matter what He knows He got a phat azz back account. That's so messed up.

This reminds me of the Falloff LSU had post Joe Burrow, JJ and Chase. The big difference is LSU won the natty prior to said falloff. Last year was a one off for FSU, not a good program so off course its not a good team

So many players opting out of the bowl was an alarm going off, that FSU fans tried to justify or ignore. Culture in that program is terrible right now. Most don't love the school or teammates. Just the paycheck. Happening elsewhere too, but they also hired a terrible QB that makes it more glaring.
This is what we all saw after the loss of their starting qb last season. ESPN, the ACC, and the fan base tried to prop them up, but we all saw there was no depth. “ We deserve a playoff for beating no one.” They even tried to convince us that Florida with a backup qb and a Louisville team that the ACC struggled to give wins to with bad calls, were quality wins. They are who we thought they were. A pathetic team of individuals who were blown out by 50 by Georgia. Congrats FSU fans you are TCU.
