Dollar Tree Beach DIYS & Hacks include:
1. A raffia and seashell seahorse sign DIY that says Sea Life. This is such a fun take on the shore living seahorse sign. It looks to have a raffia mane similar to a horse. :)
2. A driftwood crab DIY using wood slices from the dollar tree, rope, wood beads and wood rounds also from dollar tree. So cute. Love him.
3. A driftwood sea turtle coastal DIY using dollar tree shelves, rope and wood slices.

I absolutely loved the seahorse!
Since I'm landlocked I looked up how to diy driftwood. You use salt and submerge your branches in water, I think you change the water every day till it's clear if I remember correctly. Look it up, if you don't have access to a beach you can make your own driftwood!

Hey I went to a DT that had been closed due to the floods and hadn't been to yet cuz when I moved here it had already happened and they were closed. So today was my 1st time there and about 30 mins away. They had literally EVERYTHING and more!!!! I spent 2 hrs and loved every minute! They had more shore living stuff than I had seen any where else and they had stuff that I haven't seen in any other stores! They were so fully stocked and I had a blast! I got so much!!!

How cool to swim with a sea turtle!!!!! My daddy lived turtles from the time he was a lil boy. And I've carried on living the turtles cuz of him! In fact found some wooden cutouts and the packs of wood sea turtles at that DT today and I was so happy! That was one thing my stores didn't have, was the turtles!

The turtle is so cute!!!!!!
I got one of those fish that I took all the bright garland off and found 2 smaller ones that stand up but their fins like on a table. And I wrapped them in that chenille yarn! In my neices colors which is teal, purple and pink and luckily I've caught all the chenille yarn coming into my stores and bought it all up in every single color! I got different shades of pink and blue and green, I have peach and purple, yellow, red, brown, white, black, all the colors! The brown is like a teddy brown and adorable! But I stocked up! Found more purple 💜 today at the new store!

Yeah the big chevron fish had paper eyes, but the lil ones I picked up had real googly eyes!

Ooh this would be a great resin project, in place of glue.and could paint from light to dark,like the depth of the ocean 😊. Can you use these outside with only using the wood glue,??? Or would you need E6000 too??? My renovated bathroom iz nautical ,with a shell puff white shower curtain, and a pic of an oil painting 8x10 light house ,as well as a lighthouse little lamp. You know that there is a detail nozzle set,that goes with that glue gun,homedepot ,has the nozzle set

Hi Julie, I haven't been on for a bit since my mom went into Hospice on May 10. I stayed there with her and she passed this past Sat. I REALLY need your videos now to distract me 💔😭
Oh I’m so sorry to hear that Melinda. Keep her memories close. She is still with you. Look for signs. My mom sent me so many signs it was hard not to notice. Blue birds 🐦 were always around me for months. One even flew alongside my car next to my drivers window. They still make me smile knowing she is OK.
@@CraftyBeach She had been giving me huge, clear signs everyday. It's so comforting isn't it? For Mother's Day, she had a small square of a rainbow in the sky and there was not a drop of rain anywhere all day, just a huge brighter than usual sun in the sky. The day she passed over, when I got back to her house, there in the sky appeared a huge, whole entire rainbow in the sky that ended right over the center of the roof of her house. So amazing 💜💜💜 Now you and I have a special connection. You are awesome!!! I joined your group in honor of my Mom. Her name is Gayle, and I know she is watching your videos with me still. I would really appreciate it if you would show the full item in one screen. I like the close up shots but it’s so frustrating to me that you don’t show the entire completely finished project in one picture. I have been a Portrait Photographer in the past and it would always drive me crazy when someone would cut off the top part of the head of a child. My portraits were the highest selling on the west coast in the company I worked for, so I think maybe a lot of other people would appreciate seeing the finished project in one complete shot. Also, I was just wondering if you use a different camera when you do the final pictures? They are so much more clearer than the working

That’s funny because I did start showing the full photo. My last two videos have both ken burns and a still landscape. It was just a video editing thing. My final reveals were always too shaky because I have rheumatoid arthritis. That is why I switched to a photo.
I use my iPhone portrait mode for final reveal to get more details in the photo. I use my Canon Mark III for filming video in my garage. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
