The Super Sealer is like a secret weapon WOW. You lay down so little and you can charge a bunch for that added service!! This is something to pay attention too. Some carpet cleaners drive a BMW and some drive a Yugo lol - it's all about Skill, Service, and Sales. It all starts with education which starts with Mark, and yes he was a real life school teacher!!! Learn and earn - that should be a number sticker lol.

i was surprised you didnt have the Devastator hard surface wand on this one but it was nice to see a spinner back in action too!!
Yep this one we could have cleaned with the Conway Devastator swivel head hard surface wand, but the spinner might have had a slight advantage on this one. I should have tried it though

I picked up that exact same flat mop at Lowes not long ago. It sure did make the application of the sealer go a LOT easier and used a surprisingly small amount of sealer to do a large kitchen, dining area, office area, and utility room. I'd say I probably used too much if anything. I did try the grout stick from Jondon for the first time just last Tuesday and it did ok, but since it was a fairly small area I figured that was the way to go for that job, and went pretty quick with no waste. I question the durability of the grout stick though so I doubt I will keep buying them over and over if it fails too quickly. It did put the sealer in the grout lines pretty well though and was better than expected. I'd like to see a better more quality version of the grout stick and it definitely should be a little longer. I'm only 5 ft. 6 in. and it's too short for my liking. Who likes bending over the whole time you're applying sealer? I sure don't and would never use that thing on anything but a pretty small job.

I'm not sure how low you can go and be effective. The lower the psi the slower you would need to go. We were running around 1000 psi and in this video I could see a couple of times the spinner didn't wind up fast a couple of times. I'm going to guess around 700 psi might still work OK though

I’m a new subscriber to your channel. Wanting to get into tile & grout cleaning. Don’t have the funds to buy van, truck mount (vac) etc., but I do too purchase a portable. There are so many out there and don’t wanna make the mistake of buying the wrong one. If you can, in your honest opinion, suggest one that’s going to last me a while until I can purchase a truck mount? Love your channel and thanks for all that knowledge.
Welcome to the channel and I sure will try to help out. We might even sometime have a conversation via a phone call to find out more about you. Depending where you are located, there might be a good distributor close by that could be a lot of help. And depending on what equipment they sell and service could be of help. For Tile and Grout cleaning, you are probably going to want to get a portable that can do high pressure. They make some that go up to 1200 PSI, but those units do not have heaters on them. With that in mind you will rely on Chemistry and more elbow grease scrubbing. For scrubbing you could add a CRB or even a 175 swing machine to help scrub. JonDon has some good machines in their Prospector line up. They have 13 locations around the country. Also Nutech Cleaning Systems in Berkley, Michigan (Detroit area) are really good at helping out new cleaners. Again there are definitely others around the country. There are some Brands of equipment that I do tend to sway away from due to history of issues I see in our industry which unfortunately can be a "Mytee" pain for cleaners 😉. With a 1200 PSI portable you can still clean carpets also. You would turn the psi down to 400 to 500 psi. For Wands I would reccomend the TurboForce TH 40 tile spinner and a basic wand with a Greenglide and maybe even the Greenglide bender extender set up. You can also reach out to Mikey from Greenglides and he could sell you an already set up wand. I'm just scratching the surface here but again we can talk sometime. The office forwards messages to me and I return calls to help out. If you feel like sharing here what you are looking to purchase and your general location I can also try and reply with more specific reccomendations 😊

@@ricardoreyes1839 Hola. Las máquinas que tenemos en las furgonetas son Bulter Systems. www.thebutlersystem.com Son bastante caros. Dependiendo de las opciones, pueden oscilar entre $ 60 000 y $ 100 000. Vienen instalados en la camioneta para que puedas juntar el sistema y la camioneta. Existen otros sistemas de limpieza montados en camiones, pero los Bulters son de primera categoría.
