If either the Plaintiff or Defendant shows ONE OUNCE of disrespect, rudeness or even threats against the others or the judge, only THEN will the judge have the right to charge said person for contempt of court, kick them out and rule in favor of the other party or even have them arrested if they get abusive and/or making threats against the people in the court and judge. Judge Joe Brown did THAT before when the Defendant got aggressive and made threats against the judge while cussing up the store.
