Hey, I kinda need help with this. I have no clue what pin code I had but I contacted roblox and wrote quite almost same as you did. I know I did all the steps right since i've been contacting roblox before too.
However, roblox sent me an email withing a few hours saying that they "aren't able to reset or disable parents pin codes upon any user request."
Yeah, I got hacked half a year ago and the hacker made my account birth year change to 8 years younger than I actually am, and I can't change it so there's "parental" things but I'm taking care of them too.

THANK YOUUUUUU! I misunderstood that if people under the age of 13, then Roblox won’t disable it! On June 2021, I accidentally activated my PIN, I was 11 at that point. Right now, my PIN got unlocked because I am now 13, this means I can chat with my friends again! Thus, it took a day to disable my PIN.

The only difference is that on mobile you can only do it on the website, not the downloaded app. In the end he is just showing how to open it on the app if you don't know. Hope this helps
