- Zion Foster disappeared when she left her Eastpointe home in 2021 to smoke marijuana with her cousin. Her cousin admits he was with her when she died -- but her body was never found. He said he did dump her body in a dumpster -- but that he didn't kill her. He's now on trial for her murder.

The defense lawyer was so rude to Zion’s mom. Jurors don’t like to see anyone badgering the witness, especially a family member, more importantly the mother.
That was such unnecessary badgering over medicine imo.
To me I don’t care if he killed her on purpose or she died on her own (which I don’t believe) but he exhibited guilt from jump. Then to put her in a dumpster and make those searches on his phone. Guilty as charged. Admitted guilt.

A great example of winning the battle, but losing the war. Worse still, the stuff he made her admit wasn't strong enough to excuse his behaviour. Everyone in chat and the comments are appalled with him (and rightfully so!)

Just because the defense attorney talks loud, berates witnesses, interrupts and talks over them does not make him effective. Jury will definitely say after the murder conviction that the defense attorney was a complete jerk.
Mother Milton is doing a great job keeping her temper with the cross examination. She is graceful. I would want to go off on that lawyer. Whatever she said after losing her child , while grieving, she most likely doesn't remember. God bless this mother
She was a bad mother she was poor and uneducated Zion wanted to run away and commit suicide
She didnt die from no accidental od that poor baby was fighting for her life.
He knew she smoked weed so her system was already used to it so he gave her the acid to lower her inhibitions thinking she would be more willing to have sex with him (which is essentially rape). What he didnt bank on was her being strong enough to fight him (which is where the scratch came from) so he strangled her to death because he knew at this point it was really rape and he wasnt getting caught. He may have already thought it out because it didnt take him long to "find" a place to dump her body and he knew he couldnt do it in his town or hers and where he took her there were several big dumpsters on one property. He knew exactly what he was doing that night.

He could have called 911 if he had no ill intentions!!!!! He was 23 and she was 17 (he knew tf better) up here supplying her with drugs. He was having an inappropriate relationship with her and he knew he was wrong which is why he was afraid to call 911.

The mother stated Zion did not have a history of seizures, but one of her other children have a diagnosis of them. If you are going to report a recap please don't muk up the facts.

I wonder if Zion was like so many other kids in high school, down, longing for attention, and maybe made up that she has seizures for some kind of sympathy, or attention? Or idk. The fact her brother did have them and was on meds for them so she was familiar with them 🤔 Not shaming her in ANY way it’s just too bad her bf is saying she said this and had an episode (which doesn’t even sound like a seizure) when from what I see she had no documented history of seizures, nor was she on medication for them? Maybe I’m wrong? And now the defense is using it as a strategy. And I hate to admit it but without her body it may be an effective one. Thank god she gave him a good scratch! People who OD or have medical emergencies usually don’t fight in the middle of it!
