THERE NEEDS TO BE A STOP ON PRICES OF APARTMENT RENTALS!!! L.A. IS SO OVERPRICED AND EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSIVE PEOPLE CANT AFFORD TO LIVE!!!

Unfortunately we do not have enough beds in shelters or enough shelters to house all of the homeless people and families in Windsor.
