Blend Door Actuator Replacement Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra ((FIXED))

Blows cold drivers side with heat on Chevy Silverado. Or Heat only on drivers side with air conditioning on. It only takes a few tools and little patience to replace the blend door actuator. Mine was blowing warm during the summer and cold during the winter on the drivers side. I also noticed a slight knocking noise coming from the location of the actuator area. Turned out to be the issue all along. I'll include some note worthy tips on what to do and what not to do. The knocking noise is gone now. And the air temperature controls on the drivers side of the dash works as it should. Now I get hot air and cold air when set allowing the automatic climate control to work as it should. 4:31 saw would be useful with that (chuckle, yeah I woulda cut it ). Nice it wasnt buried in the dash, but still a challenge. Thank you for sharing

Did you really get all there screw back into the cover. I can’t seem to get the one behind the console. If you have a trick to accomplish this let me know..
