I’ve noticed 3 trigger words. “Replace”, “Copy” and “Fake”. Copy- Triggers his speech to revert back to the standard backwards speaking Replace- Starts triggering the transformation but in a mental way. Fake- Triggers the physical appearance to change back to the standard look.
I saw this comment on another video but it seems when Fake Peppino hears the term “Fake” it acts as a trigger for him to enter his true form. He sort of has PTSD of that term I’m thinking.
There's at least three attempts at voicing this storyboard, actually: - One that has the best pacing and most convincing acting, - One that has sound effects from the game, And this one has the best visual effects with the split screen and light actually flickering.

OK I got a theory then might just make you question why and where did fake Pepino come from? Well, here’s my theory, so there was a blob, so disgusting so ugly that nobody loved it so it decided to take a little reference from somebody I like to call Pepino’s Peppino was a very popular pizza chef, so what did the blob did obviously mutated self to become Pepino, but it kind of a fail because it choose the wrong, texture, the wrong kind of meat and turned into a horrifying monster so it decided that this party is perfect so it made it pizzeria called Bonzo’s pizzeria where it’s a Bandan actually rumors have said that he is still breathing still alive and will never DIE
