Just by watching some of the videos on youtube concerning the diasporas building and settling in Ghana as their new home, I think it is teaching me some sort of patience because, we have patience, but not in every area. I am willing to learn and work with our people, because as we come and settle in Ghana and call it home, the locals also wants to feel included, just as we want to feel welcomed. May God bring us all together to work together to make things better for all.

Security land in Ghana is like playing the lottery, I'm married to a Ghanaian husband and he always tells me how blessed and privileged we are in Southern Africa because securing land both in urban and rural areas is very transparent and land is freehold when u purchase it's yours for life and you get title deeds and no one will encroach on your land because everyone knows their boundaries.

Hey Mr King just a curious question since you brought the ancestral spirituality at the beginning of the video…. When you bought the land , did you introduce yourself to the land? I know for sure where I am , I had to pour libation on the land giving gratitude and blessing the land to those past. Also as a follower of the word perhaps also walking around the land speaking life into it whichever way you connect to the creator to also connect yourself to all creation on the land you now rest your feet on? Mine is just a suggestion. Where I am I did what I needed to do to connect with it. But again in mere suggestion and not a challenge.
@@taluj2298 on the first 50 acres we acquired we walked the land and prayed over the land and to be fair the issue on that land have been minor the second 60 acre we acquired we didn’t do that and this is where all the issues have been, so a very valid point, i have definitely learnt from my mistakes

Purely white. It reconciles us back where we missed it and also if anything negative came out of the land it cleanses it. We believe the ancestors are familiar with that ceremony and offer it to them . But do it sir , take a day and walk the land and pray over it and ask your clients to do the same when they purchase the land. Walk over the it and mention their intention while giving gratitude! This is a very important Vlog because in Ghana everyone has their own agenda in how to protect the land they live on even if they do not have one solid CD connected to it because of the opportunity to grow crops and feed their family is definitely on their mind.
