This soup is amazing 😊full of flavour, I made I about a year ago, but couldn’t find balsamic vinegar cream any where, however I’ve since found it in Waitrose super market.what a difference 😮😊 it’s delicious 😋
I’m certain you wouldn’t dish the soup with bay leaves left in. Yet maybe I’m missing something ? I removed the bay and allspice last time.

Sweet Potato would be better, And imagine how our food would be so different if Queen Elizabeth 1 had sent Walter Raleigh East instead of West then Sweet potato would have become our staple rather than Tasteless South American Potatoes. So can I suggest Green Lentils with Sweet Potato please.
