India does not lack talented devs or time, what they lack is a budget, no investor in india wants to invest in the gaming industry cuz its simply not that popular or profitable yet. And as long as its like that, India will never produce quality games. China's companies have lots of funds and global companies that handle the gaming industry. India degrades gaming too much as a "waste of time" they can only spend on religious purposes, not on the country's identity. Japan has the biggest animation market, China/EU has a huge gaming market, what do we have?
