- Aldwych done in 3:55 for the Speedrun Contest finals using glitches. A nice improvement over the previous record (by 13 seconds). This is a very complicated level to speedrun; at least for me, basically because I needed over 700 attempts to achieve this.

Hardest level in all of tomb raider and you made it look like cake.
Although I think Lud's Gate is harder but yeah he manages to finish it so easily

There should be award for completing tomb raider 3 without guide. Hardest part is running around for hours without knowing what to do like me

It´s just awesome, I hate this level, it´s dark, long, scary and... full of these dogs! And you just ran through this level of madness :D Just great, I love it!

Very well done! I watched this run with MMAN's one on the right and you two started both out so direct and alined with each other! It was awesome to see your techniques which were tine bit of seconds faster! Very well done! and gratz with your victory ;)!

Holy crap. Holy fucking crap. You´re the king, absolutely.
Great optimisation work! I completely missed the forest for the trees and found a bunch of small frame improvements while you found multiple several-second improvements. I won't make that mistake again though :P .

3:38 confuses me. How were you able to do that glitch? I'm playing the ps1 version and Lara doesn't go thru the wall nor does she suddenly appear in a different room.
11 years old video, you are 30 this year. I'm currently playing the remastered in NG+, and i can't describe how much i hate this level.

Whats the deal with the flares
I played tr for such a long time and never came to the idea to ducking for faster looting. Not that i do speed running but the games pacing is brutal

u could have used extended sprint around 1:22 to go down the stairs.
why do you use so much flares? :D and u don't even need them :D i don't understand
It's a well-known trick in terms of speedrunning that cancels the stumble animation. Also, it can be used after collecting an item with the duck animation, like it's shown here twice.

If you are using glitches, you should be able to make this level way faster than this. I dont understand how is this a World Record.

its not a world record if you cheat. it should read world record cheating bug speed run
It is the world record, because it's the fastest time the level has been done from start to end. There's a world record for glitch free speed runs too if that's what you are looking for.
