When they cut room service at my old hotel a lot of good people got laid off. Some went to other hotels or needed to find ways to get another job. I understand that delivery services are popular but maybe if the food or f&b was better they would've gotten to stay. Cutting shuttle transportation was bad for the guests that relied on that transportation because they would've preferred to tip the hotel driver instead of using an Uber. A lot of these cost cutters cost people their jobs.
