All I can say is to use server reticle and good internet connection, I think most of these are server side bugs. I have 14k battles but never actully met with these, other than a few ghost shells.
The Russian bias was not with you comrade :(

It must server issue, new update take a lot server load
some of these replays are old, some are newer. its happening constantly.
