Jebin (Ashok Selvan) is an aspiring novelist. His father (Nassar) dies an untimely death leaving Jebin with nothing. His girl friend Arthi (Sanchita Shetty) supports him in difficult times. Thats when his family lawyer lets out a secret about a villa that is registered on Jebin's name in Vizag by his father. Jebin goes to Vizag to sell it off. He finds a lot of paintings done by his father in that villa. Incidentally, these paintings serve as Nostradamus predictions for him. Jebin gets tensed and he wants to sell the villa off quickly. The rest of the story is all about the predictions that are etched out in different forms of art.

What a movie! No devil no demon but still lot of thrill to watch. Upcoming directors must watch these kind of films even pizza, to make a movie with LOWER BUDGET.

ENDING - Previous house owner through his works predicts the future of the next house owner. Poet did for jebis father. Jebins father did for him through his paintings. And now jebin predicts the future of Arti and his husband (the director) through his novel as aarti became the owner of the property.

and now what movie the arti husband will direct it will predict the next upcoming future events..... the house have the energy to predict negative events
Thanks for sharing; wish the songs had had English subtitles too! It was scary without really showing scary things. The twists at the end were pretty unexpected.

Ending explained:
Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed. It can only be transformed from one form to another. The negative energy in this movie is transformed from the paintings to the book he wrote.
The heroine will anyhow be destined to be killed in the hands of her husband. Since Jebin is not her husband, it is SJ Suriya, will kill her based on the way written by Jebin in his second book, The Director. At the end whatever is shown in the paintings happened in the movie. The key reason is not shown, though. Maybe it is cliche to focus on the main reason and put an end to the story, the director moved on to the circumstances because of the paintings.

Khaja Rehan theory is okay. But why would SJ Suriya kill his wife? Ashok Selvan committed suicide because he thought he will kill his future wife. To prevent that from happening, he committed suicide along with the burning house so that the house can't take anymore lives. OK the house had negative energies. As Ashok selvan is the owner of the house, he was dead. Nasser died because he brought the house and predicted the future and fell ill coz he couldn't tolerate what's going to happen. By seeing the story bad deeds happen to only the owners of the house. There should've been a better explanation for the ending of the movie. Directors thought is still unknown
@@reddyprahlad Ashok Selvan doesn't know that he Inherited his father's gift of Predicting the Future 👍🏼. That's why he killed himself unknowingly 👍🏼.
If at all he waited he would know the True Colours of the Gold Digger Heroine and Reject her 👍🏼. Then heroine would eventually marry SJ Surya and the following incidents will happen 👍🏼. Also Ashok Selvan wanted to sell the House.
2. The House is bought again by SJ Surya for and in the Name of the Heroine 👍🏼. That's why the Heroine is destined to die 👍🏼

Excellent movie both for theists and atheists, sometimes in life you do not understand whats going on and you have no control over things only thing one can do in such a situation is to be a mute spectator and let destiny take over. kudos to the Director.

Yes this is sequel for Vijay sethupathi pizza. This was seriously one of the best Tamil movie unfortunately box office results are not great.

@@anupama5938 I agreed, this movie isn't suitable to tollywood fans. I'm Kollywood fan, when I watched this movie in first time I couldn't understand the deep plot. After sometimes, I realised this is worth watch movie. Don't waste your time, better avoid these kind of Kollywood movies.
