BAsta is an average speed tier unit (speed 107), so the enemies will move first. Only the units with base speed of at least 115 will be able to before the bossss. Units with speed 112 will be able to move before if you boost them with William Skill 2.

I just can't beat floor 175, my basta doesn't do enough damage. He has 31k attack and 30k defense, but can't make it.
