Yeah, it's sad that on hit build are just objectively worst than crit builds now, characters like kog maw, that i love playing, are hella weak right now. But i don't think lethal tempo should come back, maybe more attack speed per level, or an increase on attack speed in the on hit items.

Day 500 (🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳) of asking for Lethality Nilah With hail of blaidds God, i can barely believe how long it has been. I've tested this build myself and it sucks, i didn't even know Nilah gained armor pen when building crit... But I've been at it for way too long to just stop... Unfortunately.
