How are they actually containing the tree? Didn't it like, break through the Washington Monument, so how would the tree not break, like, anything else in the room? I am not updated on the Monument Mythos lore, but I know the tree broke the monument

There are multiple special trees, and I think the special tree in the monument had the monument built around it.
