    You are amazing and a pure delight to watch and listen to in your videos. You do a great job of shaping I must say, so many here on RUclips haven't a clue but like I always say, anyone can bake bread, but the difference is on the Artisan side of things only very few can do it and do it well and you do it very well for self-taught.

    I just saw the video on the disaster when the farmers market shut down and you didn't give up and went online and sold out to home deliveries in SW London. BRAVO Lily.

    Nice update Lilly and glad you turned a potential disaster into a positive. The bureaucracy in the U.K. is a real negative for setting up a small business imo....I bake organic sourdough on a small scale just for the enjoyment and currently give it away to friends and neighbours. It's all the hoops and regulations that put me off making the step to do it as a business. What made you make the decision to set up as a Ltd company as opposed to operating as a sole trader? Keep up the great work. 👍🇬🇧

      thank you Darren! Yes it is a bit of a minefield to navigate... I set up as a ltd company because I see my business running in the long term and it felt right being a separate entity to me as an individual

    You are truly an amazing person Lily, it makes me so proud to be English, when I see our young people taking on projects like you have with your micro bakery, It confirms to me our beloved England is in safe hands. I absolutely love the way you handle everything that goes wrong, as I'm afraid that's exactly what happens in business, and you handle it brilliantly, and you are not afraid to take on the hard yards, those qualities you have and are showing, are exactly what a successful business needs. I would say good luck for the future, but luck has nothing to do with it, so I say to you in all sincerity keep up the good work girl, you're future is assured if you do just that. Well done from an old bloke who's been there and done that, and who knows all about the challenges you face in the future. All the best.

    Still loving keeping up with your events, progress and plans. A piece of info that you might or might not be able to do anything with: There is an Italian restaurant in the town I live in in Arizona, and the owner purchases a flour blend from Italy for those who require gluten-free food. He makes his own pizza dough, pasta and gnochi from the flour, and, having lived in Italy for three years, I can say that it is not only delicious but is as authentic an Italian pizza as I have ever had since going gluten-free (12 years or so). It is so frustrating to go to a pizzeria, order a gluten-free pizza, and receive a piece of dried up cardboard that has been frozen, topped with sauce, etc. Since you probably make your own (proprietary) flours, including gluten-free, perhaps that is something you could do as you consider how to branch out. Thanks for your continued inspiration to so many. Much continued success to you!

      Could be Caputo's gluten free flour. I heard great things about it. You might even be able to find it in the UK :)
