They make themed fruit by the foot and I think cereal bars of Count/Boo/Franken cereals that you can buy to give out. Little boxes of cereal would be so cute.
@@omgxwtfxily I make my own marshmallow treats. They taste world's better than store bought. But, when giving them out to strangers, store bought would be preferable.
I bet they started selling them only during Halloween so they can jack up the prices. $4.00 a box. But, after Halloween, it goes on sale just like all the Halloween based candies. The candies can be from 50%-75% off. The huge boxes of these Halloween themed cereals are 50% off. So, I can buy all three for $6.00 instead of $12.00. Works for my budget. I do the same thing for Christmas candies, Valentine's Day candies and Easter candies. Even the holiday decorations can be up to 90% off. In January, I got almost a whole buggie full of Christmas decorations and goodies for $20.00.
I sometimes stock on Pumpkin Spice flavor Pop Tarts, Oreos and Coffee Creamer every fall before the Christmas season arrives, and stores replace their Pumpkin Spice Stock with Peppermint.
I completely forgot that Count Chocula, Franken Berry & Boo-Berry were brought back a few years ago. I loved them when I was a kid, in the late '70s/early '80s, but haven't had them since then. Since it's that time of year, I think I might have to pick some up for nostalgia's sake ... and probably stockpile some as well. lol
Here Frankenberry and Count Chocolatla are sold year round. It's only Boo Berry that's for Halloween. It has been my Halloween tradition since i was a teenager that it's not Halloween till i have my box of Boo Berry. One year they came out with limited editions boxes that were done by comic book artists. Boo Berry was done by Jim Lee and i still have my box waiting for him to autograph.
Im a grown adult and still love cereal. Its always been my "go to" food when Im stressed or have the munchies. I eat it both dry or with milk. It takes me back to when I was a kid and life was simple.
This brings back good and bad memories. Count Chocula was my favorite, mainly because that was the only one that I could eat. Franken Berry always gave me hives and Boo Berry made me severely sick T_T............. Them dyes are no joke.
Every year, I buy Count Chocula, Frankenberry and Boo Berry. I mix the Frankenberry and Boo Berry together. It's good. But, since I'm a chocoholic, Count Chocula is my favorite. They make good marshmallow treats, too.
hi Emmy big fan from Venezuela. Your taste test videos are the best keep continue making these! I never have seen before Halloween cereal maybe I will try it some days. I will find you.
Count Chocula and the Boo/Frankenberry cereal have always been favorites of mine :D I just wish they were all year round and not just seasonal like they used to be in the 90s.
There also were two other flavors produced several years ago- Yummy Mummy and Frute Brute. They were both just fruity versions but a few years ago they brought them both back and changed. Yummy Mummy was turned into a orange cream and Frute Brute was cherry. Great idea to taste the "old classics".
I never stock piled it, but a few years back when they released all five flavors of monster cereal in their original 70s packaging I ran off to Target to get them all. I kept the boxes and put them up as Halloween decorations.
"Boo, bee!" Hahaha! The monster cereals used to be available year round when I was a kid (in the 80's). Then they were just gone! Eventually, they came back seasonally. I was happy to see them back for nostalgic purposes, but I feel like they are a little different now.
I love those cereals! I still have the boxes for yummy mummy and fruit brute. That's was limited release back in 2014. I love your videos you have gotten me to go out of my comfort zone in trying new food. Thank you so much 😀
This was so fun to watch! I didn't know the Halloween cereals were out already, I'll definitely have to stock up on Count Chocula--which I do every year but the boxes never seem to last long enough. I just get so hungry. :)
I will have to keep an eye out for that Cap't Crunch! It's my husband's favorite treat cereal. We don't get it often but I like to get the special ones when I see them. He loves the Christmas Crunch and we always make sure to get a few boxes. It tastes just like the normal one with the crunchberries but there's just something special about the Christmas shapes! :)
Fun and novel, but so many of those cereals are already really yummy (and super sweet) without the addition of marshmallows. Ah well, once a year. And as far as stockpiling, I always load up on Archway's Cherry Chip Nougat cookies when they come out every winter/Christmastime. They stopped making them for a long time, but have started making them for the holiday season again, so I always buy myself a bunch...and add then to my Christmas list. Just finished my last package of them a week ago. LOL
I just happened to find you on you tube about 2 months ago and I think your great. I love the very end when you do funny fun little bits. I look forward to seeing you daily cause I watch the shows from before I watched you. Thank you for your videos, please keep them coming. Oh! tell us a little about your life and family.
These cereals are so cute! I can't wait to see if you have any more Halloween snacks hidden up your sleeves! 🎃 (Also, completely unrelated, but GOSH you're so pretty and the perfect upwards flick at the end of your hair gives me liiiiife lmao)
Oh yeah I stockpile when something is limited.....when kinder joy was introuduced into the uk I bought like a whole box as usually I've only ever had them on holiday in Europe as they are designed for a warm climate where they can't have kinder suprise as it would melt...totally gorgeous though. It's like a kinder egg but in cream form that you eat with a ickle spoon....if you can get one totally worth it.
We have chocolate frosted flakes normally here in England. We never have any marshmallows in our cereal, it's very interesting to see how there is so many cereals in America that have marshmallows in them!
I can't eat those cereals with marshmallows, which I suppose is good because they're hard to find in the UK. When I bite them the texture is like nails on a chalkboard for my mouth and it makes me shiver.
Apparently we aren't allowed to sell them as cereal because of the sugar, but in some big shops you might find them in the sweets or the 'foreign foods' section.
+bookwrm4evr my name? Thanks. Veruca Salt is my favourite band so it's a play on that 😃 I had no idea other people felt the same way about those awful marshmallows lol
+Vedder Palmer My nephew lives in England and he can buy something similar called "mallow mateys" or something. They're not sold where I live (Northern Ireland).
All this kind of cereal are absolutly unbelievable for french people. Look at all that candy in the cereal, that's really weird. Completly different culture, thank you Emmy to make others countries discover this, it's fun to watch and to see your reactions
my favorite is the Franken berry. I do have to confess I love it so much that I get about 10 boxes to have through the year, for anyone reading, try to make marshmallow treats (like rice crispy treats) with these cereals, been doing it for years and everyone love it!
Hey Emmy I heard you mentioning that you thought they came out in the 80's. I'm 45 and remember boo berry being one of my favorites in the 70's but it wasn't seasonal it was out year round. This video really took me back LOL! The videos are so much fun! Thanks for all the eatin'!
it's funny how in different countries the same product can be different. here in Brazil we always have chocolate frosties. it's not a special edition or anything. however, they're not coated in chocolate powder or anything like that, the flake itself is chocolate flavored. you can google it as "Sucrilhos de Chocolate" (portuguese for Chocolate Frosties)
Count Chocula and Franken Berry were both released in 1971, with Boo Berry being introduced shortly after, in 1973. Fruit Brute was introduced in 1974 and was the final monster cereal, which had a very short run and was discontinued in 1982, being replaced by Fruity Yummy Mummy in 1987, which was also shortly discontinued in 1992.
The Cap'n crunch Halloween cereal has been coming out for a few years(they also release a cereal for Christmas) and I saw the Fruit Loop with skeleton shaped marshmallows last year as for the Frosted Flakes chocolate with marshmallows Halloween cereal I think this is the first year it was out. I wasn't expecting the frosted flakes to be frosted with chocolate I thought they would be chocolate flakes with sugar frosting on them.
Every few years, I stockpile Frankenberry and Boo Berry. I'll eat them until I burn myself out on them and don't eat them again for a while. When these came back out a while back, I was stoked. I loved those two as a kid. I've never eaten Count Chocula, since I don't care for chocolate. What did the ghost say to the bee?? Haa! I giggled. 😊
I just bought my husband a box of count chocula!! I get him one every year! They also had count chocula cereal bars too so I got them too! I almost got him the captain crunch one too. That does look like fun green milk! Maybe I'll get him a box next time! Did you see they came back out with echto cooler for the release of ghostbusters! My 6 year old daughter is going to be princess tiana! You should do a pumpkin flavor video for fall since they come out with so many products with pumpkin flavor this time of year! I'm a big sucker for them too!
There was Fruit Brute that went with the Count Chocula, Franken Berry and Boo Berry. There was also Quisp that was an "alien" version of Cap-n Crunch. The cereal was shaped like space ships.
Hi Emmy! I have a q for you: do you ever taste something from one of your tasting videos, and then get hooked on it enough to incorporate it into your regular meal repertoire? Also, how do you cook for your family? Thank you! I love your videos and your bubbly spirit!
I've seen them every year but never tried them before! I think I'll try the Franken Berry after seeing you taste them. Also Emmy, may I ask where you got your glasses? I love the frames!
I really want to try the captain crunch one now. You should try the captain crunch donuts. They are like a cereal I used to eat called sprinkle spangles.
Best time of year for cereals! It's a shame you missed out on Fruity Yummy Mummy and Frute Brute. They made a return a few years ago, with different flavors from their original forms (now orange cream and cherry, respectively), but it only stuck around for a year. A real tragedy. I love Frankenberry, but I ended up with a new favorite that year. I WISH I stockpiled Fruity Yummy Mummy.
I've only tried the count chocula cereal when I was little, I wasn't a really big fan of it, I do remember those first three cereals at the store but not the others.
Omg Emmy you're not missing out on much with Boo Berry, it's the grossest one in my opinion! I'm kinda shocked I see so many of you who love it so much. I just was never into it. Same thing with Frankenberry, that one's less gross than Booberry but I was never into it as a kid. Count Chocula all the way!!! Best thing was how it turned the milk into chocolate milk 😍😋🍫🍩🍪
Side note-- I haven't had any of these cereals since I was a kid in the 90s and maybe the recipes have changed since then. Some of them look different than I remember, when Emmy poured them out, and they might've even changed the sugar content since then because I remember Boo and Frankenberry being soooooo overwhelmingly sweet back then!!! And I swear Boo Berry used to actually be blue!
love the mre videos and the you made what's. and I currently have 3 boxes of pumpkin cheerios. for Halloween I'm going to be a ring master in a glittery costume all rhinestones out in hot pink n black
I grew up with these cereals until they were taken off the market for a while. They only Recently brought the Monster Cereals back during Specialty marketing. My sister will hoard boo-berry and I hoard Count-Chocula.
I have to stock up at least 40 boxes to satisfy my craving for count chocola. My mother hated my stocking up every year since middle school, but it was so worth it.
My husbands two favorite cereals are Franken berry and count chocula. We try to stock up on them while they are in stores. It doesn't seem to matter how much I buy it never lasts past November.
I'd love it if they made sample sized boxes of the halloween cereals. It'd be so fun to give that out to trick or treaters!
They make themed fruit by the foot and I think cereal bars of Count/Boo/Franken cereals that you can buy to give out. Little boxes of cereal would be so cute.
@@omgxwtfxily
I make my own marshmallow treats. They taste world's better than store bought.
But, when giving them out to strangers, store bought would be preferable.
You should work in marketing that’s a great idea
This makes me wanna eat some really crunchy food... like you ever ate a huge stack of pringles in one go and it's hella crunchy? Just me... okay.
yes! it was awesome XD
I stack hot cheetos and cheddar and sour cream ruffles for optimum crunch. It is really pleasant actually.
I have never wanted to try these before seeing this video. Your reviews make me want to try new things.
I remembered when those cereals used to be sold all year round!
Me too, but I never really like them... The flavor was too artificial for me... I guess that's why they only sell them once a year now.
Ricardo Llamas I never even tried them!
I had no clue they weren't still sold year round.
CooperGal24 Now it's your chance... just don't buy them all if you don't like super fake flavors.
I bet they started selling them only during Halloween so they can jack up the prices. $4.00 a box.
But, after Halloween, it goes on sale just like all the Halloween based candies.
The candies can be from 50%-75% off.

Even the holiday decorations can be up to 90% off.
In January, I got almost a whole buggie full of Christmas decorations and goodies for $20.00.
When I was little my dad loved Count Chocoula and I always pretended to like it because he did.
Daww...
cute !!
You're so sweet^^
I sometimes stock on Pumpkin Spice flavor Pop Tarts, Oreos and Coffee Creamer every fall before the Christmas season arrives, and stores replace their Pumpkin Spice Stock with Peppermint.
Count chocula was hands down my favorite cereal growing up. I swear it was more chocolatey in the 90s though 🙃
I haven't tried the modem day versions! I will soon, though. But I fear you are right....
comixdiscomix Ooh if you remember to, come back and let me know what you thought!
I always feel like things don't taste the same as they did when I was younger, maybe our taste buds or something change too
Luciana Lol yeah, maybe our taste buds become dull with age XD
the crunch sound is so satisfying idk why idk how
I completely forgot that Count Chocula, Franken Berry & Boo-Berry were brought back a few years ago. I loved them when I was a kid, in the late '70s/early '80s, but haven't had them since then. Since it's that time of year, I think I might have to pick some up for nostalgia's sake ... and probably stockpile some as well. lol
I always find myself liking her spoons, they're so unique.
Here Frankenberry and Count Chocolatla are sold year round. It's only Boo Berry that's for Halloween. Ah, Halloween. My favorite time of year.
I'm glad you went back for Boo Berry! It's my fave!
I only had Boo Berry! I hadn't tried them since like 2011!
好好好了!。8
你好吗 JOEY 是的是的!
Boo Berry for life !!!
I loved those little noises you made at the end of this video ...more please !!!!
This brings back good and bad memories. Count Chocula was my favorite, mainly because that was the only one that I could eat. Franken Berry always gave me hives and Boo Berry made me severely sick T_T............. Them dyes are no joke.
I grew up in the 70's when the original Halloween cereals came out, but have never actually had them... I may have to give them a try. 👻

Every year, I buy Count Chocula, Frankenberry and Boo Berry.
I mix the Frankenberry and Boo Berry together. It's good. But, since I'm a chocoholic, Count Chocula is my favorite.
They make good marshmallow treats, too.
Emmy, your crunchy chews are very satisfying!
Emmy is one of the best youtubers she makes good content and she doesn't put ads on her videos
hi Emmy big fan from Venezuela. Your taste test videos are the best keep continue making these! I never have seen before Halloween cereal maybe I will try it some days. I will find you.
I agree 👍
Hey good luck to you guys down there, I hope you're getting enough to eat.

When Emmy said "oh my god it's happening"😂 That is priceless😂😂😂
My mom is one of those people who stockpiles count chocula haha which is funny because she eats incredibly healthy 99.9% of the time 😅
We all have our vices. Your mom's is just the Count. She can't quit him. XD
Comfort Foods are Healthy in moderation
I love that you are are doing some Halloween tasting! Any chance of you doing some pumpkin flavored things?!
I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin spice (except in pumpkin pie which I 💓) so probably not.
Definitely understandable if you don't like it! There's some seasonal things that I don't like much either, like fruitcake lol.
What a great taste test idea, you should do more Halloween and seasonal food products!
Count Chocula and the Boo/Frankenberry cereal have always been favorites of mine :D I just wish they were all year round and not just seasonal like they used to be in the 90s.
Halloween is my favorite time of year simply because of Count Chocula!
I love how the sound of crunch comes when she eats something Love you Emmy😘😘

This makes me so sad. I moved away from America 10 years ago and I miss Halloween, sweet cereals...variety...this hits me right in the heart
I never stock piled it, but a few years back when they released all five flavors of monster cereal in their original 70s packaging I ran off to Target to get them all. I kept the boxes and put them up as Halloween decorations.

I actually had not eaten cereal for like 20 years until your American cereals video. Since then I've had it almost every morning.
I will have to keep an eye out for that Cap't Crunch! It's my husband's favorite treat cereal. We don't get it often but I like to get the special ones when I see them. Count Chocula and Franken berry are amazing!!!! As well as boo berry!! I reccomend you get them every Halloween!! ALSO LOVE ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS EMMY~~!
Boo berry is where it's at! One of my favorite childhood memories. Getting up at 4am to watch cartoons with my cereal.

There used to be mummy & werewolf editions in the monster cereals. They came out in the 70s.

"Mmmm. Mhm. That's great. Mhm."
Every Emmy video lol 😘love her ‼️❤️
This is gonna sound like a weird compliment, but you are so efficient at eating stuff. Spoon goes in, crunch , hmm! Everytime.
Are these really only available at Halloween now? When I was a kid in the 70s, Count Chocula and the other monster cereals were available year round.
Emmy you're the greatest!!!!! love you so much
I grew up with the monster cereals. They were available all year round back then. Love the video.
All this kind of cereal are absolutly unbelievable for french people. Look at all that candy in the cereal, that's really weird. Completly different culture, thank you Emmy to make others countries discover this, it's fun to watch and to see your reactions
yes Emmy is back
my favorite is the Franken berry. I do have to confess I love it so much that I get about 10 boxes to have through the year, for anyone reading, try to make marshmallow treats (like rice crispy treats) with these cereals, been doing it for years and everyone love it!
Oh my gosh! Frankenberry is my absolute FAVORITE!!! I'm in NY and I'm dying trying to find these this year.
On Halloween I have a hot date with Harry Potter and a locked door.

I'm guilty of buying both of the themed Captain Crunches every year. x)
my kids love these cereals. have to get them when they come out.
I live in Canada and the count chocula is everywhere. And captain crunch was my childhood cereal but never had the Halloween version
Every few years, I stockpile Frankenberry and Boo Berry. I'll eat them until I burn myself out on them and don't eat them again for a while. When these came back out a while back, I was stoked. I loved those two as a kid. I've never eaten Count Chocula, since I don't care for chocolate.

Hi Emmy! I have a q for you: do you ever taste something from one of your tasting videos, and then get hooked on it enough to incorporate it into your regular meal repertoire? Also, how do you cook for your family?
Thank you! I love your videos and your bubbly spirit!
The end of the video is so flattering 😂😂😂
Omg now I'm craving these cereals so badly!
For Halloween I will be... On a plane from London to LA! My first west coast visit - i may have to pick up one or two of these cereals!
What did the ghost say to the bee? Boo! bee 👻🐝
I've only tried the count chocula cereal when I was little, I wasn't a really big fan of it, I do remember those first three cereals at the store but not the others.

the boo berry is our favorite though... and many times we mix them.... LOL

i love the boo berry cereal i buy as many boxes as i can afford when they come out so i can have them for at least a few months after halloween
I could watch you eat all day lol
QUEEN!!
I just got me some Count Chocula the other day. I have to try that Cap'n Crunch.
I'll confess, I stockpile Frankenberry cereal every year. I love all three in the monster trio, but Frankenberry is my favorite!
Oh my GOD I didn't realize what you meant by space cadet at first. That's the funniest thing! That's so cute I love it so much. You're so adorable!
You should have done the same Velma from Scooby-Doo vibe you did with the boo berries for all the Halloween cereals. lol great video
Boo berry is my favourite! Almost impossible to find in Canada.
Never too early for Halloween! 💜🎃👻
