Can I stylize the products listed? or assign products to "choice" options?

I've added my first Fillout form based on a SmartSuite app. I have many similar apps in SmartSuite that require the same type form with minor modifications. I see that I can duplicate my Fillout form. Can I then change the SmartSuite app that it is based on so that I don't have to completely recreate a form for each app, especially since they are so similar?

Hello! -Yes, you can do that by duplicating the form in Fillout and then clicking on the form. Then, go to the integrations tab and click on SmartSuite. Press "remove integration" and connect the new app. You'll need to add the mappings to the new fields in the "Additional mappings" section (but you won't have to recreate the form other than that. Let us know if you have any questions!
