Omg the fact that you have to justify why you wanna take your kid to Disney is crazy to me. Girl, travel agent hubby or not, go to Disney as much as you can and your beautiful baby girl will love looking back at all the pictures some day, and you will remember all the precious memories 🥰
Jessica Braun | JAMbeauty89 You are investing in her childhood and there is nothing wrong with that! She will always have the pictures you take and will love to hear you two tell her the stories! Parenting is hard and there is nothing wrong with creating happy memories for you and your hubby! You two will always remember these trips and cherish the memories! You two are creating a happy, loving childhood for her and that is unforgettable! ❤️❤️❤️
Terrible that you have to justify this. I don’t go anywhere without my child. He was 18mos old his first trip to Disney, he’s 10 now and has probably been 13 or 14 times. We all have wonderful memories from each trip💜
People that say “why? She won’t remember it anyway!” are ridiculous. No matter what the activity, babies benefit from it. New sights, sounds, smells to stimulate a babies brain will all contribute to their learning. If we never did anything because “they won’t remember” we’d never take them out of their cribs until they go to Kindergarten. 🙄

Babies hate Disney World. It is big, scary, tiring and a nightmare for their parents. Your child needs to be at least 5 or more to enjoy Disney World. It doesn't mean you can't drag a baby along and put it through a living hell but if you have one child and it is too young then forget it. You would be better off leaving the baby with grandma and you and hubby jetting off to Disney World yourself.
Guided Meditation Wow, judgey much. You obviously don’t know that ALL babies hate Disney. Also if you ever watched any of the travel vlogs Jessica and Tyler have posted you will see their daughter loves seeing the characters, bright colors and music. Will she remember the trip, no, but there will be pictures, stories and family love she will hear about her whole life. Just because it is something you wouldn’t do with your child there is no reason to share your negativity.
@@rosieg6093 Hi Rosie. It is fair that my sayng ALL may be overstating it a bit but make no mistake about it. Most babies will get tired out and have a crappy day just going to walmart on a hot day. Being pushed around in the hot Florida sun for long days on end is way more difficult than going to Walmart. I have seen so many countless meltdowns and crying children and angry sad adults at disney parks that would have been better off leaving the baby with grandma and going to the parks alone. As for negativity, you need to understand that this is the reality and not a slam against anyone. Don't take it personally or get your diapers in a bunch. over it.
They must have updated the manual because loading the car seat into the ruclips.net/user/postUgkxIG_q-ZqgbzYXwbeApK3AybegDUy4f2fF double stroller was mentioned in the manual (unlike previous comments/reviews). The undercarriage basket is quite large but it is difficult to access when the back rider is reclined, however my toddler usually doesn't fall asleep in the stroller these days so I haven't had an issue. I was amazed by how smooth the ride was and how easily I was able to maneuver the stroller in small spaces. My toddler loves that she can see her baby sister (see photo) during the ride :) Plus you can't beat the price! I have only loaded it once in my car and it is fairly light but my mother wouldn't be able to lift it in.
This is so helpful even for us parents out and about, not just for Disney. I'd love it if you could make baby favorites every 6 months or so. Even 3 months. Thanks for this!
I live in California, about an hour and a half away from Disneyland. We have season passes and go as much as we can. We’ve been taking my son since he was just a few months old. He’s nine now and loves it just as much today as he did when he was little. We can’t wait to go to Disney World one day! You are making such wonderful memories with your little cutie!❤️
I LOVED LOVED LOVED this video. It was chock full of informative content and was entertaining to see the different clips of your recommendations in action. I know it must have been time consuming to plan, film, and edit all of those clips in but it made it 100x more valuable than a typical show/tell (like a haul). And I don’t even have a child!
Seeing your nice stroller made me remember about 15 years ago we had some friends that went to Disney World and parked their stroller. They came out after the ride and loaded up their child and only after they started walking did they notice their stroller wasn't rolling properly. Someone had switched/stolen their stroller with the exact kind and now they were stuck with a stroller with a bum wheel. I have never forgotten that story. Kudos to you guys for venturing to Disney with Gigi while she is so young. I didn't want to have to mess with strollers or diapers when we went. My kids are in high school and college, but I loved this video. I found your tips to be very practical and useful.
Good luck with the Invisalign, I started in June and love my results so far. One tip...change your trays before bed and take a couple of advil or tylenol pm, sleep through the worst of the discomfort.
Theresa Goetz I’m about to be on my 12th tray. I agree with you with the Tylenol - I find I don’t need every time but most. I get like this pressure headache. Do you find your teeth are tender all.the.time!? I’m loving the results with out metal braces.
This is the BEST video ever and I am a newlywed that’s dose not have children yet! But my husband and I go to Disney twice a year and I will definitely be referencing this video. Thank you again! Love your videos!
One of the things people don't seem to get is that Disney World is a great place to be a parent as well. It's beautiful, everything is perfectly maintained, there are a million great restaurants, but there are also a bunch of "baby centers" where you can stop and nurse in a cool, quiet place; there are life vests by every pool for children of all sizes; and kid friendly snacks, drinks, and games at every turn.
I LOVE that you actually showed everything. That is so helpful. I’m still working up the nerve to travel like that with my two and a half year old but videos like this make me feel more at ease.
Disposable placemats was a MUCH BETTER idea than taking my whole suction placemat with built in plate. I love that thing but it does take up space! Thanks for the link for some Disney themed placemats!
This was so cute to watch, even though my kids are 14 and 16 go in the parks by themselves now. We are Floridians and used to go often when they were little...I was never this organized.
My kids are 15 & 16 but I still watched the entire video! We’ve been to disney 5 times but our first trip my kiddos were 4 & 5 We rented a stroller for when they got tired of walking and it made it easier to carry snacks. Love Disney! Awesome tips!!!
Aggg! I hate we can't leave comments on Tyler's channel, but those floral ears (Moana style) were the cutest things ever! They looked so good on you! Absolutely love those Disney vlogs! Thanks for sharing your family and experiences with us! And can't wait to check out Bri's channel.
No kids & no plan to have kids anytime soon but still watched and loved this video! My husband and I are Disney Vacation Club members so we obviously love Disney!! Hope you film a haul video, Disney Parks hauls are the best!
So thankful you posted this today as I am currently packing my 9 year old and my almost one year old for fishnet today. We leave Friday and fly in Saturday for my baby’s first birthday!
I've never seen a baby so happy while traveling. Heck, I walk through Dorney Park and see kids (who I know live in the area) crying up a storm. You guys are naturals at this. :) I hope you guys had fun.
I don't have any babies in my life right now... my son is now 23 and in his 6th year of college and my daughter is 16 and a Junior in High School so this video doesn't pertain to me directly but it was fascinating to see what to bring on a trip like that... they almost need more than the adults! I always love to watch your channel regardless of the content... you're living the American dream, enjoying every step of the journey!
Amazing content!! So very helpful. I’m a Florida resident and a mommy of a ten yr old and now a 7 mnth old . We’re planning a Disney trip to celebrate baby’s first birthday coming up. This was beyond helpful and informative.
Thank you Jessica, I am a new Mommy getting ready to go to Disney with our soon to be 10 month old when we go in February. I adored your choice of toys and all you had to say! Very helpful and informative! Thank you thank you!
No children here either but love seeing Disney info in general. No need to justify your trips with anyone Jessica. I am not a travel agent, do not have children and try to get there twice a year. People have just stopped saying “Disney again?”
This video was 2 years ago and I’m watching it today.. Thank u so much for this I’m planning a trip with my toddler and this was very informative gotta watch it 10 more times to make sure I I didn’t forget anything.. Thanks again ❤️❤️
Great video! We have 4 kids and been going to Disney for years. You hit all the major points (and I need that bottle strap for my youngest!) The stroller and rain thing is a rite of passage. All Disney parents must experience this. Happens to everyone (Once!)
We go to WDW as often as you and our son is now three. One thing I found helpful in the bathroom was an extra large disposable chux pad, like what we use under patients in the hospital. Having a squirmy child, it was nice to have a larger protected surface area on the changing table, esp if we weren’t at the baby care center. Also, fave family bathroom is definitely the one hidden back by the Voyage of the Little Mermaid exit in DHS. Always vacant and quiet.
I love this video and my kids aren't kids as they are 24 and 21. Yes! we took our kids to Disney when they were very young and they don't remember everything but they do remember a few things here and there. You should not have to explain or justify what you do with your own child.
We are going with our two kids later this year. I am so excited! I watched and took notes. The tip about covering up the stroller in case of rain... might change my life.
I didn’t know you could ask for a high chair for the room! Thank you so much for saying that in the description bc I was about to buy a portable booster seat for the room. Thanks for sharing
I've been to Disney three times now with little ones and I have never thought about most of these. Love that they are all affordable little things that will make a world of difference! I am putting a list together now for our Halloween Party this year. THANK YOU!
Going to Disney next month with a 3 year old and 4 month old wish us luck, this video was SOOOOO helpfully literally put everything in my amazon cart lol
Great advice! My kids are 13 and 10, but those of you who have young children, Jess is filled with relevant info on this topic! I can absolutely see how those pro tips would come in super handy! Also, I watched the entire video because: 1. Gigi clips...and 2. it's Jess!
We keep a silicone bib with a pocket in our diaper bag. It’s easy to wipe off and throw back in after we eat. We use the disposable placemats when we’re eating out, too. I’m thinking about getting a silicone one and putting it in a wet bag for storage. I hate throwing out a disposable one when we eat out. But if you want to keep using the disposables (I definitely love the convenience even though I hate the environmental impact), the dollar tree sells them in packs of 10 for $1! The adhesive isn’t super strong, but it’s sufficient. I love watching videos with you and Tyler and Gigi in them. You guys are such a cute family and Gigi is adorable! Second to my daughter. Lol. 😉
This video was AMAZING! My husband and I don’t even have kids yet & we only live about two hours away from WDW, but this video was so helpful for our future with kids (hopefully!). Seriously, one of my favorite videos ever!
Hi Jessica! I love this! My nephew is going to be born any minute and when he turns one, we are going to try and go to Disney world! I was wondering if you could do airplane/airport tips! Like how to fly, tips for plane anxiety, etc! Thank you! 😊
One of my sons is traveling to Disney without me (going with their school band). I know almost nothing about the parks; I've only been there once, 18 years ago. This was so helpful, even though I'm sending a teenager, not a baby, lol! Thanks, Jess!
I've taken my one and half year old twice to Disney. We just got back last week. I definitely recommend everything you said! Those baby care centers are awesome! I also mobile ordered milk for my daughter from whatever restaurant that serviced milk that was closest to us in the park. It was very convenient. One thing you didn't mention was a baby carrier! I loved using mine. It helped lull my baby to sleep and I was still able to go on some rides while she was in the carrier on my chest. I wish I could stay in a room with a washer and dryer! I always go crazy with packing enough outfits for her. And yes a stroller rain cover is a must!! You never know with Florida weather.
Pro tip for flying with infants and toddlers - make sure they have a bottle ready to go during take off and landing - the sucking action helps relieve pressure in their little ears.
Completely random, but I am so happy you say “sleepers” That’s what I’ve always said (and besides my mom I’ve never heard anyone else say it) but my friends always made fun of me for not saying pajamas!
This video was SOO helpful!!!! We were planning a trip to Hawaii with our 14 month old (unfortunately it's been pushed back due to the threat of coronavirus), but I have had a lot of anxiety over what to pack, the airport, etc. Thanks for not only TELLING us what to do, but also having clips of you doing those things too. It makes a big difference for peace of mind to see someone else doing it before I have to! :)
No judgement! My little one likes videos sometimes too! We are going to Disney World in September and will be bringing her tablet on the plane as well! She’s 2!! Enjoyed your video! Trying to cram in some tips, tricks, and Disney trips with toddler knowledge cuz I have been to Disney a bunch but this will be the first trip with the little one! 😊❤️
PSA: (with disclaimer). I was a flight attendant for a long time. Disclaimer: I understand 100% if people need to fly and can't afford to buy a seat for their infant or toddler. If that's you (not you, Jessica, but the general "you"), I understand. But if you can possibly afford, it, please, please please buy a seat and bring on a car seat to place your baby or toddler in, especially in the event of bad turbulence. I've seen lap babies/toddlers injured and I hate to even say it, but in the event of an accident taking off or landing, if the baby or toddler is in a car seat, they have a better chance of survival. That's my PSA.
Agree. I know that you can always find a car seat at your destination but car seats are so important and you don’t know what conditions it will be in. Has it been sanitized Has it been in a car accident Is it properly installed, what is the weight capacity for latches in rear facing vs front facing. Does that include infants weight When does the car seat expire
Interesting that you would recommend this because we actually took a car seat when we flew with our toddler and were told he could not sit in it on the plane. They made us gate-check it. The plane ride was LITERALLY the only reason we took it since we use Disney transportation the entire time we're there. So frustrating!
@@caraevans7105 That is frustrating. I guess one should check with the airline beforehand. Was it a smaller plane? I have no idea why, if it's airplane approved car seat, they would not let you put it on the plane with him in it. We took our car seat and toddler several times on American Airlines. Hmmm.
Such great tips, Jess! We took my two year old in January. I love the idea of small new toys for the plane, and that suctioning mat is such a great idea! Our last day, we let him pick out a toy for the plane ride home. It was special and made leaving a little less sad!
Your videos are amazing!! I'm a soon to be mother and I'm learning so much with your videos!! Love Disney as well and I'm already thinking on taking my little one on her first trip!! Thank you Jess!!
We spent 10 days at Disney staying in the park. Our boys were in elementary school, and it was the trip of a lifetime. Even then, Disney did EVERYTHING they could to make our trip easy and so special. We were at the Port Orleans hotel, but they provided us with a fridge so we could have breakfast and snacks in the room. All you needed was the Disney card and a smile. My husband is a language teacher and speaks three languages fluently (he is constantly learning new language phrases etc.). So his goal is to become one of the bus drivers at Disney when he retires😂😂😂😂 He also has a killer sense of humor and loves people. And I guess will be the older lady at the pool under an umbrella with a cool drink and a book.😱
Stroller tip from a former CM: if you have snacks with you that are just in ziploc bags, boxes, etc., keep them in a bag that zips all the way when you leave your stroller. Squirrels can and will get into your stuff! If you don’t want to bring a big bag, bring Tupperware or something hard that seals. I’ve seen them open boxes and ziploc bags, crawl into open diaper bags, run off with whole bags of food, etc. There’s only so much CMs can do to stop them (really not much) so keep your snacks in something that zips completely! ("You" as in anyone here looking for tips, not necessarily Jess lol)

Gigi clips...and 2. it's Jess!
Wow I have two young toddlers and didn’t know some of these items existed! They will be very convenient for even everyday use, thanks ! Great video
15:56 OMG, that’s the funniest picture I’ve ever saw!!! I wanna be her....🤣 she looks so stinkin cool.
I found this super helpful. I'm going for the first time in a few weeks with my 2yo. Super intimidating but these videos have helped! Ty
Completely random, but I am so happy you say “sleepers”
That’s what I’ve always said (and besides my mom I’ve never heard anyone else say it) but my friends always made fun of me for not saying pajamas!
Love this video ... we are traveling with my
Toddler and love the hacks and advice
I'm planning a Disney trip with my Hubby and my son who will be 5 months when we go and your video is very helpful
I love how well-paced, thorough, and informative this video is! This is very helpful!
Thank you so much!!
My daughter is only 2 months old but we are planning a Disney trip in a few months at around 7/8 months so this is very helpful thank you!
SO sweet... loved all the tips and tricks... expecting my first grandbaby in January 2020...
Omg you are legit amazing!!! Everything I need is in this video for our Disney trip!! Thank youuuuuuu yassss queen!
I’m not even a mom but I thought this video was really cute and helpful for when I hopefully am a mom some day!
Oh wow! Her hair is getting so light!
Can you provide any info on traveling with an infant car seat? Especially for airport travel.
I LOOOOVED this! It gave me so much hope and helpful tips that traveling with a toddler CAN BE DONE! Hallelujah! 🙋♀️
Well done, Jessica! This was obviously a passion piece and your experience and attention to detail really shine through. 🥰
So helpful! We are leaving at 5:45 in the morning to head to Disney! I have watched twice already. Had no idea about the birth certificate!
Omg have fun!!!!
Has it been sanitized
Has it been in a car accident
Is it properly installed, what is the weight capacity for latches in rear facing vs front facing. Does that include infants weight
When does the car seat expire
Excellent information!! I will anyone I know that travels with their kids to watch this...several times!! Love you Jessica! ❤️❤️
I don’t have kids (but I am a very proud aunt ❤️) nor have I ever been to Disney, but I love your videos so much that I watch them all 😁❤️
Your videos are amazing!! I'm a soon to be mother and I'm learning so much with your videos!! Love Disney as well and I'm already thinking on taking my little one on her first trip!! Thank you Jess!!
Great video 👍 Jessica. I don't even have any kids but still learned a lot!
Thanks so much for sharing! Lots of things I would have never thought of!
After watching 10 pointless videos I found this one thanks for the tips they were all amazing exactly what I was looking for 🤩
Brilliant video for my 15 month old!!
I have a 3 and a 1 year old and we are planning a disney trip in the spring. This will be watched again closer to time :)
