Joanna I. of Castile: called Joanna the Mad. Daughter of the catholic monarchs Isabel I. of Castile and Ferdinand II. of Aragón. She became Queen after her mothers death.
Eleonor of Castile: Eleanor was the daughter of Joanna I. of Castile. She was first Queen of Portugal and later Queen of France. She left her only daughter when she was very young. in real life their meet each other before Eleonor died. In the series, her daughter didn`t want to meet her.
Catherine of Aragón: She was the youngest child of the catholic monarchs and wife of Arthur Tudor and later of Henry VIII. She became mother of Mary I. of England.
Isabel I. of Castile: The catholic Queen. She was Queen of Castile by her self. Her children are Isabella of Castile, Joanna the Mad, John of Castile, Mary of Castile and Catherine of Aragón.
Catherine of Austria: She was the youngest child of Joanna the Mad and Queen of Portugal.
Margaret of Austria: She was a archduchess of Austria and wife of John of Castile, Heir of the Throne. (I know she wasn`t a real princess or Queen of Spain, but she was Princess of Asturias for a short time)
Mary of Austria: She was a daughter of Joanna the Mad and Queen of Hungary.
Mary of Castile: Mary was the daughter of Isabel and Ferdinand. She married her sister`s widower and became Queen of Portugal.
Isabella of Portugal: Isabella was a princess of Portugal. She was the wife of Emperor Charles V. and acted as regent for her husband in Spain.
Joanna of Portugal: was the wife of Henry IV. of Castile and mother of Joanna of Castile (called Juana la Beltraneja = Daughter of the Queen)
Mary I. of England: called Bloody Mary. Mary was the daughter of Henry VIII. and Catherine of Aragon. She was humiliated by her father. She became Queen of England.
Joanna of Castile: called Juana la Beltraneja, the Queens daughter. She was the only child of Henry IV. of Castile. She married her uncle, the King of Portugal. She was just a child.
Isabella of Castile: She was the first child of the catholic monarchs. After her brothers death. She became Princess of Asturias. She was Queen of Portugal and mother of Miguel da Paz.
Isabella of Portugal: She was the second wife of John II. of Castile and mother of Isabel I. of Castile. She lost her mind and suffered from mental confusion.
Mary of Austria: She was a daughter of Emperor Charles V. and Empress Isabella. She married her cousin and became later Empress.
Joanna of Austria: was another daughter of Emperor Charles V. She married the Crownprince of Portugal.
Mary of Portugal: She was the only daughter of Eleonor of Castile. She only saw her mother shortly before Eleonors death. She never maried. (I know she wasn`t a Princess or Queen of Spain, but she belongs to this family.)
