It's time for Pokemon Investing July 2024 How to invest in pokemon cards right now. But, it's important to actually take a look at what is ACTUALLY going on in the market. There's a lot of hype and talk about how SWSH cards are crashing, but are they actually? We need to take a step back and see if things are actually crashing, or just leveling out a little bit. It changes the story whether you look at the 1 month graph compared to the 3 month graph!

Sold my Magikarp and Machamp alt art a few months back sold the Machamp for 80 and the Magikarp for 50 biggest regret ever.

The pull rates on gold cards in crown zenith are difficult , I’ve opened a f… ton of crown zenith and I lost
Just another point, while i get it they are not crashing whats to not stop them from having a correction occur for the next 3 months? Sure they wont hit the lows they were at but they could still keep going lower for most of these cards.
they could keep "correcting" for the next 3 months. That's a realistic possibility. but it doesn't really change anything

Some of the prices for these are way off. Couldn't even sell my Leafeon Vmax for $250 cash when it suppose to be around $340?

if you are selling online, your profile's reviews and feedback matters immensely. No one will trust a low reviewed seller for expensive cards. You need to build up your feedback/review profile with low cost cards first.
@@Liquid_Rage I'm sure my ebay 1200+ positive will do. Prices are droping like stone. People no longer interest in buying it and want it for nothing.
ahhh i thought that garchomp was lower than 20....well i can look around cause honestly 5 bucks aint bad for how crazy some of those cards went.

the sword & shield alt bubble was always going to pop. It definitely won't hit the same lows that it was at before since the sets are sold out now, but they are overvalued to begin with and buyouts are a real thing. We saw the same thing with Lorcana enchanted cards literally right before the sword & shield cards. Great video! I like this monthly investing check-in video concept. I'll have to make sure I watch more of them as they release.

SwSh is still on shelves and ES is still showing up in C22 mini tins, Empoleon/Tyranitar tins, etc.
I’d say we’re 6-12 months out from the last boom.
I snagged 4 tins for $100 after tax/shipping. think I got 4 ES packs and a total of 20 packs 🔥100% worth it to buy as many ES tins as u can rn imo

Love seeing data like this! The investor mindset is super important if that’s the reason someone’s getting into the hobby.
Personally I’m trying to trade some of the twilight masquerade cards I have upwards towards that charizard from paldean fates, I just see it doing so so well in the long run. Same with the gardevoir. If I have some money leftover after that I’ll probably try to grab that iron crown ex cause I think it’s getting a little too low for it’s rarity and it’s popularity, even if the popularity isn’t super super high.

How many packs do you have to open to pull a Charizard? Me and my friend are into 100 packs roughly and still not pulled a Zard 😂
He said since we was a child he always wanted to pull a Zard so we started buying packs and he pulled a mew and he nearly cried so I started this channel to document his reaction pulling a Zard and It still hasn't happened yet.
How many packs do you think it will take?
it's really just luck of the draw. Open obsidian flames and you'll pull a charizard quicker than most other sets
