Single screw water ring EPP granulation line

Hi everyone, I am fiona, today we will show you the Single screw water ring EPP granulation line testing video.
As shown in the video, the crushed EPP waste is conveyed to a single screw granulator via a conveyor belt. After melt and extrusion, it is cut and water-cooled to produce PS plastic particles.
Because we used the EPP waste that only went through the crusher during the testing, the production capacity of the entire line is about 80KG per hour. If it is the shredded EPS compacted block or the shredded EPS ingots, it can achieve a production capacity of about 150KG per hour.
