In Portugal, there used to be a Portuguese opening really sung in European Portuguese used in later episodes, but in early episodes they used the Japanese opening sung in Japanese. The singer of the opening sung in European Portuguese was female.

For more songs, according to AnimoRealista1990, some of the broadcast Portuguese episodes used a dubbed song while others used the Japanese song. It is also possible that Spain may have also have a dubbed version. But they aren't online.
