Thank you for doing this demo, as far as the pedals. A couple are ok, they’re all useable, but honestly, Id just go with JHS 3 knob. I found some of these quite irritating.
The fuzz sounds really decent especially with the "Octavia" switch built in, could work for purple haze etc. The overdrive sounds very lacking to me here, the Distortion and even the Metal pedal do a nicer light crunch to medium crunch sounds to my ears. The "metal" pedal sounds like it might top out at an Iron Maiden level of heaviness, but that's OK cause Iron Maiden rules. The Chorus and Flanger sound like they have a few sweet spots, for starter pedals I'd still probably shell out a few extra bucks for Boss Pedals for modulation. The Delay here is maybe good enough, the space delay is fun but not super usable. The reverb is basic and OK also. If I was considering buying any of these pedals for starter pedals I would go with, Fuzz, Distortion, Chorus, and Delay.
That fuzz is going to be popular and probably hard to keep in stock for a while. Delays will be popular too. Only thing I thought was kinda lackluster was the verb, but it’s $75. For that price range I’d rather get one of JHS 3 series-the hall is so good.
Thank you to fender for making cheap pedals. Showing that you don’t need to spend $200 on a good fuzz. I’ve been through a lot of fuzzes and the hammertone fuzz really works for me and for $80? Yep
Is it just me or is the consensus, the Reverb, Delay, Chorus,Flanger are good...the Overdrives, Fuzz, Distortion not so much? Anyone have these pedals that can confirm?
That's a lotta gain for an overdrive, but maybe your clean sound is just already distorted. I would like to hear the pedal with a real clean amp setting
Wow R.J., that is a lot to take in at one time but longer video really helped, I like when Pedal Comp. Make a Pedal Board & Power Supply, and pedals R Design so they plant on board with each other, a Compres. & Faze B Nice 👍 with your chain like that Fuzz, I R they all made n China?, Hope to C more, US made, TY R.J. & TY Fender, Comp??
OMG I a little older an my hearing isn’t real good but when I first heard about the pedals I thought the name was hammer toe Lol what a strange name for a pedal. 😉
RJ makes the best possible case, but this is another somewhat blah line of pedals from Fender. Competent, but nothing you can't get elsewhere, nothing really distinctive. Seems like a backwards step, since the last series included a couple of interesting pedals - the Pelt, for example.
hell yeah, finally all the pedals together and the guitarist who isn't afraid to turn the potentiometers all the way to the right, great demo, thanks
I like when you talk through pedal demos. That's a lot of pedals to demo. I liked the Metal pedal, the mod effects and time effects best.
I like when Albert Bouchard likes you.
Im digging that fuzz and chorus.
I didn't realize just how good these are definitely professional quality pedals
Really enjoyed your commentary and description of what you are doing. Highly recommend for all your videos! Tx!
hrmm i dont know bout these pedals,
but i def love this guys playing and sound.
thanks RJ!
How much will it cost if I buy them all? And is it advisable to have only 1 brand name for your pedals? Thanks Sir RJ.
that space delay sounds really fun just to play psycodelic stuff, nice demo man keep with the great content, peace
I’m trying to decide whether I buy this fuzz or spend a lil over double for The Pelt
Wow. Such inspiring and original content. Glad 50 other utooburs didn't release the same content on the same day.
It's call an Embargo

@Dave Davies Thank you for demonstrating my point. He's just a corporate shill at this point.
The fuzz is cool. Like the octavia action for $79.
I’m sold on the fuzz, really awesome
R.J., Best review of these pedals I’ve seen and heard on RUclips - #☝🏻 - Excellent dem🤜🏻💥🤛🏻

Feel like they threw RJ into the fire with this one.
Still maintained his professionalism though! 👍
How do you mean? Are Fender pedals lacking depth?
@@theloniouscoltrane3778 Some of the pedals sound turd like the Reverb

Fender; Let's send R.J.R. the works, probably $1K, have him demo it without an opinion. Way to go. Lol.
Man r.j , your the best at pulling the Hendrix out of gear . That sounded really cool at the end.
The chorus and flanger were my favorites, though all of them are very useful.
These look cool and look closer to the fender style than the fancier ones
Was that The Outfield on the flanger? This was a killer demo RJ.
I bought the delay before watching this video and it will be my first pedal, I’m already thinking of getting the chorus before my delay even delivers
I'll have the fuzz and the flanger, please!
RJ..killer demo-ing. Fender copied the JHS 3 series I think. The Fuzz OD and metal all sound like similar DNA...might. Need a new fuzz...

R.J. GOING OFF COOL
Love the playing as usual and nice Fender pedals…but man the font choices for these pedals…really?

👍Fender...ALRIGHT 😎👍
Didn't fender just release a line of pedals a few years ago?
Yes these are more affordable I guess the the new JHS line
@@CarlGoldmam jeez I didn't think the expensive ones were any good

Wish that pedal power supply was cheaper...$269, ouch.
Fellow Detroiter
I should stop watching these, after I saw the Rockman video I bought one.
People that don't like Fuzz have clearly not watched an RJ video.
Personally, not really impressed with these pedals. But hey, thats ok.
I'm not either. But I'm happy that they're affordable just in case.
And you can actually tell them apart - more than you can say for that dumb budget line from JHS 😀
they just don't write em'...

I don’t care for these. Good job RJ. You demoed them. But I’ll bet my grocery money you didn’t pick any of them for yourself!
