Russian Miners part of Manager Training Programme of the BMWi

The Programme "Fit for Partnership with Germany" prepares foreign executives from small and medium-sized companies for business initiation and business cooperation with German companies. The German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) is the general manager and coordinates the programme on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The programme is implemented throughout Germany by 18 training centers - including GICON®-InTraBiD GmbH.
Around 300 young managers from the following countries have taken part in the training in Dresden since 2014:

Asia: China, Mongolia, India, Vietnam
South America: Mexico
