Love them or hate them, Mr K and Lang have been around for years and always had big groups with lots to do and many arcs, CG all of 2.0, 3.0 and even now on Prodigy constantly have large groups of people behind them with plenty to do. Buddha had Leanbois, the entire heist arc during 3.0 with Cleanbois and Stormlord arc with the nerds and Roosters Rest and Cerberus. And now Cypress. They provide a lot of content for not just themselves but many others around them. MigL and Flippy may have won a thousand wars but thats all you'll ever remember them for and nothing else.
MC Gangs are the best RP gangs in the city hands down. They don't get any love and aren't mechanically good but yet still RP as a biker gang. That is consistent and we don't really know if they are on every day since most of them don't stream or they just only have 5 viewers (which sucks).
If your judging a leader based on consistency and providing RP to people around them, then i am sorry but Mr.K and Buddha wins that hands downs. those two been around forever and always provided RP to people around them.
I don’t agree with much what was said. One thing that 4head does really well is changing the environment/responsibilities to fit the people and not the other way around, forcing people onto systems/dynamics which hinders so much. But other than that having him as a top leader is crazy with so many leadership qualities that he lack. Personally I would like to see Vidal lead at some point, from what little I’ve seen I think he could do good.
4Head and Chatterbox are good leaders because they involve their members in storylines. If you're a leader of an organization (it doesn't matter if it's a gang, family or law enforcement), your responsibility is to make sure that you provide 50% of a rper/member's rp experience. A lot of people are going to disagree but it's only right. A leader has so much power that they can literally block someone's rp or excommunicate people from the organization if they want to.

If you can only be a good leader if you are in a good gang, and you can only be a good gang if you win wars, then being a good leader has less to do with being a good roleplayer and provider and communicator, and more to do with shoot shoot gang gang bullet rp.
It's a respect thing from the OGs and people loved actual RP! CG brought RP and now 4head brings a lot of RP and besties love to! I think that guy brings the most rp ! Also that's why vigor still fucks with the besties!!! Because rp over everything! What bothers me is Lang doesn't rp and Tony doesn't rp anymore!!! Speedy should be vagos!
Difference is Cypress only RP's with their own group of people when 4head/besties bring RP to the whole city. But somehow people glaze Cypress more for their RP. Don't get me wrong its interesting to see clips of their RP but it's just standard internal Gang RP that every gang has. Literally Besties did that for a whole month with Future vs Kevin. Difference is the Future vs Kevin stuff involved the whole city.
